Need Lap Band Buddy / Mentor Feeling Frustrated!

My name is Susan. I am going to be 40 in February. I was banded on December 14, 2009. I don't know anyone who has had LapBand surgery and I am really struggling with the mental aspects of the surgery as well as the frustrations of not loosing anymore weight after my first week post-op. I decided to have this surgery right before Christmas so that I would have a jump on my weight loss... everyone says "I'll wait until after the holidays".. If you are serious.. why wait??? I am 3 weeks post-op tomorrow and I need support. I have a loving husband and family, but no one understands what I am going through.
