ok i had 2 scrambled eggs with shredded cheese this am, a store bought pack of peanuts with some Water after church, and just ate a pack of cashews with water. started low carb yesterday. i need help i am starving here LOL. how should i approach this low carb, the detox thing. what should i eat and drink?

First of all, cardinal rule is don't eat and drink at the same time. Next, Protein solid first as in chicken, fish, pork,etc. Next, green veggie and then whole grain if you have room for it in the end. 64 oz. fluids a day but in between meals. Stop drinking fluids 30 mins before a meal and don't drink fluids until at least 1 hour after a meal. Exercise each day even if it is just a samll amount at first like a walk around the block. Then, gradually add to your routine.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
