Dragonwillow 0 Posted October 26, 2005 I packed on about 10lbs from april to Sept from the stress alone. Wear heavier clothing for weigh in, don't take your shoes off (hiking boots can weight about 1lb.) Eat before you go...and eat lots of asian food in days before.
