I am praying that they do not give me any trouble, but I am prepared for a fight! We will see my dr said to call Anthem in 2 weeks if we dont hear anything by them-- keep bugging them! ladysplenda 1 Posted October 25, 2005 My daughters has been lost twice.Call and make sure they got it. Insurance companies are famous for losing paperwork.Send send and resend if you have to. Good luck to you. It took two weeks to find out for me.I called everyday.I was turned down. So I called and talked to a manager and she got me approved the next week. ReneBean 3 Posted October 25, 2005 Definitely follow up. I had to have my docs re-sent. Then, of course, I was denied. Apparently, I am too fat for weight loss surgery. (only blue cross!!).
