I agree, this is a good one. It's the one I have taped to my fridge to keep me on task :biggrin: It's a great feeling when you drop out of the morbidly obese category.

what ever happened to the charts that used terms like big boned or small boned? You know, when you measure your wrist. I really think I am small boned and may need to have a goal at the lower end of the normal weight range. Though I can't even imagine keeping it off at this stage ................ maybe I will feel different 1-2 years from now.
