Skinny Size 2 0 Posted December 25, 2009 Hi everyone. I was banded in 1/06 and have been reading this wonderful message board for quite some time. I just wanted to come out of hiding and say "hi" and I hope to become more active in this forum. Thanks to everyone who contributes... you are really helping people by sharing your stories. I started my journey in June with my first consult weigh in. I am working to be at my goal by mid summer. When I see people like yourself I just know I can do it! thanks! I've already begun to experience the struggle with no one complimenting me anymore, and no weight losses to motivate me to lose more . . Hi Riley. I had to get unfilled a teeny bit (.25 ccs from a 4cc band was taken out) so I wouldn't keep losing! I weigh myself every morning to keep on top of my weight, some people say don't do that, but I want to make sure I don't lose anymore and don't gain either... so I find it's important for me to weigh every day. I just take it one day at a time and try to eat nutritiously, avoid the sweets... the band can be finnicky... so I have to just roll with it! Looks like you are doing great yourself!
