reneek 1 Posted December 17, 2009 So i have been going to the gym for about 6 months now and was starting to get tired of the same old same old. Well the step machine always used to scare me i would always see these young skinny girls sweating to death on these machines so i never tried it. Well i decided to give it a try i said to myself even if i do 5 mins on this machine it is still trying something new. Well i got on that machine and did 40 mins burned 560 calories just in 40 mins. I felt like i got the best workout of my life. I am not saying that it was easy but wow what a workout I even did 20 more mins on the treadmill for a grand total of 740 calories in one hr at the gym i have never burned this many calories.
