3 months out and I'm losing all taste for food. I now because I have to. I don't really enjoy anything now. I hope this passes. I mean its good for my weight loss but it sucks to feel like I dont like my food all the time.

Congratulations to you both, @wascott and @salonmom! Wascott, I hear you on the exhaustion, I know I started to feel a million times better about a month out, but the first few weeks are definitely healing time for your body. But 2 1/2 months out I was back to walking 4 miles a day and feeling great about the whole process. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

This is me in the last few years as I went through my weight gain and weight loss roller coaster riding between 280lbs and sky rocketing all the way up to 340 (My highest weight ever)

I have had my lapband now for over a year and I and having a hard time getting enough protien in I am so tired of shakes and I need some new ideas about protien options. My cranky band doesn't do meat very well so I am at a loss...HELP need protien options

6 months out and my hair is falling out like crazy. I have gotten mixed reviews. My TRUE friends are happy for me. My so called friends say i look sick, too thin and unhealthy. I have yet to meet my goal weight of 130. My husband has seen only pics of me has he left TDY 2 weeks afetr surgery and should be coming home within 2 months. my goal was to be at 150 by the time he returned.
