Onederland....it's a glorious place. It's somewhere we strive to be as a child and then try desperately to stay as an adult. For me, it was a short lived time; I haven't been there in over 10 years. Well, all I can say is: move over Tim Burton, I'm BACK!!!!! 196 baby!!!

What an awesome night of Fun Dance at Inspire Dance Studio with Carlitos Diaz. I missed those that did not make it. The classes will continue on Thursdays 7:30-8:30 and Saturday mornings 9-10. The punch passes are good for 10 classes and they are $35 or individual classes are $5. Come join us !

How do you calculate how many sizes you've lost? People ask me and I hesitate to answer only because I need to stop and think about it, not because I don't want to say. If you've gone from a size 26 to a 6, is that 20 sizes or 10? Or is it 12?

10 days post opp down 16lbs... YUP! ILL TAKE THAT! Staples are out and it feels sooo much better.

Haven't lost any weight in 10 days nor have I lost inches!!! Whats up with that????

Am happy to report that I have lost another pound today. My VSG journey has been wonderful so far. Goal is just in sight!, another 10 pounds and I will BE THERE. But of course, being at goal isn't the end of the journey, just another destination on the trip.

Feeling pretty good. Goal is to lose 10 pounds by Jan 28.

14 days till my birthday which means its 10 days till xmas.....

In the process of working out my situation. Turns out that me stomach is not emptying properly. I thought is was because my band was too tight. As a result my acid reflux is brutal! My band is very lose and I am 10 lbs over goal! Urg!!! Waiting to see my surgeon to discuss next steps from my scope.

I am officially sleeved and 19 days out! I'm just now switching over to mushies and I couldn't be happier. I'm down about 40lbs and people are really noticing the difference. I'm getting great compliments and feeling really good!

okay surgery date has been change to 7/19/11 thanks to my hemotoligist!!! a week later its okay im still excited

I feel great ! My weight has not gone down in months ,, But I can get into a size 8/10 misses pants... they are yoga pants , so they stretch, BUT i was wearing a size 18.20,sometimes 22 last year / before surgery.so I feel great . i triy
