Protein Bar's and powder
SeahawksFan replied to phillyfan99's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I really like the Power Crunch bars. They taste more like a cookie as they have a wafer in them. Totally different then Quest. I really like the mint choc, peanut choc, Cookies and cream, and vanilla. I keep them in the freezer. You can buy individual ones at GNC and Walmart to taste them and buy them in bulk on Amazon. Protein powder: I use the Premier ready made (Choc and Vanilla) and then I also have GENEPRO in my coffee every morning before my workout and I also use Shakeology Vanilla and throw in some frozen blueberries and strawberries. ~LA -
Syntrax Nectars are nice, I like all the fruit flavors and they're quite high protein. You should be able to drink clear broth as well, doesn't your program allow that on Clear liquids? You can add protein to it...I use GENEPRO unflavored protein and I can't detect it once I mix it into a beverage or food...what brand are you using? Another thing to consider is that maybe you're sensitive to the sweetener in your Protein Shakes? I hate both aspertame (not in a lot of protein) and sucralose (in virtually every flavored protein), so I switched to Genepro and use either stevia or monkfruit liquid to sweeten things. Thank you so much, ordered the Genepro (one tbsp. per 30 g is way better). Yes I think its the sweeteners also. I can handle Propel water so at least I am getting my 64 oz fluids (well do my best) but the protein is a challenge now which is so frustrating (also going broke buying all this stuff lol) I cant wait to the soft food stage so that I can eat eggs and other kinds of high protein stuff.

Appetite back with a vengance!
sillykitty replied to BajanSleeve's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Not wanting to step on Jess's toes, but to clarify, she is referring to Genepro. It is not possible for it to contain the 30 g of protein it claims to, with the calorie count it claims (and actual weight of the product) -

Recommendations: protein supplement , etc
RNsleever715 replied to KLM1959's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Premier is my favorite, except the chocolate which I literally can't choke down. The unjury was okay, but premier is better. I have some unflavored protein powder from genepro that's highly recommended here, haven't tried that yet. -
Cream of Wheat nightmare! Help!

I am 2 months post-op and eat plain oatmeal with Genepro protein powder, SF Torani Vanilla syrup, and PB2... Tastes like a PB cookie right out of the oven :-) -
I am 5 days post op and my stomach hurts some times when I drink too. like it is stuck at the opening. then goes away. I'm hungry most of the time which concerns me, but the pain is managed well with Tylenol and Advil. It just takes so long to take all the pills. . . an hour to get it all in (Tylenol is liquid, but the Advil is not). I've been averaging 80+grams of Protein a day thanks to genpro ( https://smile.amazon.com/GENEPRO-Musclegen-Research-Flavorless-Certified/dp/B00K6OSDYA/ref=sr_1_5?_encoding=UTF8&hvadid=174268468981&hvdev=c&hvlocphy=9033569&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=14981272652004684345&hvtargid=kwd-12063637423&keywords=genpro&qid=1552331291&s=gateway&sr=8-5&tag=googhydr-20&th=1 ) But i'm still hungry. Also using GenPro with shakes from Optavia which have 11 - 14 grams of protein and are 8 oz has really been a great solution... they taste great and the variety provides some great options.

6 months out... and what I've learned
doppelganger posted a topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I had my surgery March 28th. I went yesterday to have my 6 months post-op lab draws, this will be the first lab results post-op. Guess what? The padded arm that swings down on the "lab chair" actually swung down and I had a good 3 inches between it and my body. You guys know what I'm talking about!! Me: To the left, you can see my stats and at the bottom you can see my ticker. I am pleased with my progress and having been overweight for so long if my weight loss stopped today I would still be happy. I haven't been this size in 20yrs!! In the beginning, I had most of the questions I see posted protein/water how in the hell can you get all that in? To be honest, I didn't! I tried my best and kept Water by my side constantly, I forced water and Protein so much I actually got sick a couple of times before I acquiesced that my best was going to have to be good enough! No carbs, no added sugar and every bite I took contained protein. The first week was rough, the second week a little better by month 2 I kind of had a handle on my routine and things fell into place. Hair: Month 3 my hair started coming out. Insert those frequently heard comments about "protein and water...". Yes, I know, but I could not, in the beginning, make myself physically ill to reach that goal. I have always had A LOT of hair, not thick strands just a lot. This part is shocking and you truly think you're going to be bald or better yet have bald spots all over the place. I tried not washing my hair as often (every 2-3 days if I was hanging at the house), Tried thinning hair shampoos, co-wash shampoo you name it, nothing worked. Just these past two weeks it has slowed considerably! Could be though I have considerably less hair, no bald spots but as the day goes on and your hair naturally loses it's "Oomph" you can see my scalp more readily. I work in healthcare so I have to keep my hair up (I've never looked good with short hair so I still have it long) and yoga headbands cover up the sparse areas up front nicely. Skin: My highest weight ever was 370 before I lost 93lbs on my own with the help of the DASH diet and exercise. The reason I investigated WLS was after 18months I started re-gaining and once I hit 40lbs up I tried some of the old tricks and none worked. Well, those years of being overweight have done a number on my skin. I exercise weight training 3x's a week and walk 2miles a day at a good clip 2 days a week. I don't exercise 7 days a week because I work 3/12hr night shifts a week. My neck has a wobble that can be hidden with the right head position for selfies and the like. I carry most of my weight in my stomach/middle section so the true flabbiness of that area is yet to be seen. My boobs flat pancakes, my arms have a little of the jiggle and my inner thighs have loose skin as well. Keep in mind I am 44 and never had the best skin genetics, to begin with. I can get a superficial scratch and it will turn into a tan scar that lasts for years... Tools: Things I have discovered through trial and error! I know after surgery a lot of people have very specific temperatures for their liquids. Mine is ice cold!! Seeing that I work night shift in a hospital and I am not stationary to one particular unit I needed something portable. I tried so many options! Then I found my Hydro Flask!!! Best money I've spent to stay hydrated on the go. Mine initially came with a plug type screw cap which did not make it very convenient then I discovered the sport cap with a pull-up spout. Keeps ice for 12hrs and me hydrated all night long. It is a permanent fixture wherever I go even if I'm out shopping. The food scale is something I used at the beginning and it is a must I purchased a cheapy through Amazon. I bought a Ninja Bullet and it works well, used it twice and never used it again. I'm not a smoothie girl and protein powders are not my friend. The only Protein powder I use on occasion is GENEPRO. The most expensive is my refrigerator, I had an oldie with limited storage space so I took the plunge and bought a fridge with a filtered water/crushed ice dispenser. It's been a win/win we use way less plastic water bottles and my husband even drinks more water than ever before. Food: I read food labels constantly, it's a must! I can't do the high Protein Bars, but I can enjoy a Kind bar for Breakfast when I hit the ground running in the mornings. I only choose the ones with protein and low carb usually the "nut and spice" line. I do have a few Snacks I enjoy like Somersaults sunflower/sesame seed bites have 6gms of protein per serving, My husband and I split a honey crisp apple with Peanut Butter and it's my fave at the moment. Just read those labels and I try my best not to consume anything that doesn't have protein in it or on it. I have on occasion, but I don't go crazy that's for sure! I've been perplexed at the range of dietary suggestions given to each of us from our Bariatric teams. If all of these places are "Bariatric Centers of Excellence" you would think there would be more uniformity in the foods allowed and how often we should be eating a day. My plan is a 3 meal a day no snack plan and I can't do that. I'm smart about it, but I do have snacks. And yes I do eat out on occasion. It's hardly ever fast food unless it's someplace I can get a bowl of Chili. I make smart protein filled choices, bring the rest home. Stalls: I started having little stalls in August. I weigh daily another "no-no" but it keeps me motivated. I went almost two weeks the first time before the scale budged. The odd thing is that while the scale didn't move I could physically tell by clothing and just a sense of self that I was still losing something from somewhere. Those two weeks I had more people comment about my weight loss than ever before. When the stall broke I lost 6lbs in 4 days and didn't change a thing. I still seem to lose slowly then stop for a week then lose 5+ lbs in less than a week. I think like others have said, your body has to catch up to what the hell is going on. Me today I am down 89lbs, in size 18 jeans (use to be 26/28 pre-op), 2x t-shirts (I like mine comfortably loose and use to be 4x/5x). I don't have any qualms about sitting in booths at a restaurant and will not have any issues flying to visit my parents in 2wks. I wanted to share some of my experiences and tips because I know I felt a failure at first and scared about what the future would hold. I have realistic expectations for myself and end result. I know I will probably reach my ultimate weight loss goal and loose some more or maybe even gain a little back. "They" always say food is a control issue for overweight people since they feel they can't control anything else. I say bullshit! I control everything in my life and food was the one thing I didn't have to think about, that's why I made it all the way to 370lbs. Be smart about your choices, find what works for you within those smart choices and soldier on. -
Man thank you so much. I have been doing 2 premiere Proteins a day, but they're wayyyyy to sweet. Chicken broth is wayyyy to salty. Lol. I am making do with Water and Jello sugar free pudding. Went to Starbucks and got a peach green tea lemonade unsweetened. Best thing ever. I'm doing good with getting at least 64 ounces of Fluid, but the sweet protein - yuck. Have you tried unflavored protein? I use GENEPRO almost every day, it's 30 grams per tablespoon and has no flavor. I add a scoop in decaf coffee, I also use it in SF pudding..I purchase mine on Amazon. One way to cut the sweetness on the premiere is by adding it to cold decaf coffee, with a few pumps of SF torani syrup. With the chicken broth, are you getting low sodium? Our taste buds change so drastically after surgery but I promise it gets easier everyday I ordered and got the genpro. Tried it today - glad you suggested it. I put it in my Crystal lite raspberry lemonade. It's the best. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Unjury vs Genepro?
doppelganger replied to Freckles70's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I use Genepro and my nutritionist has signed off on it having had other patients use it and their blood work is fine. There are explanations as to how they shrink the protein molecule using electrophoresis etc. All sciencey stuff, without it I would not even come close to my required protein. As for the claim that it is tasteless, that's BS! it's not too bad and definitely not as strong as Unjury, but you can tell it's in there. I mix one scoop with 1.5oz of cream of wheat, oatmeal or get a bigger bang for you buck mixing it with yogurt. As I'm sure you know, once you're post op you will not be able to drink or eat large quantities so whatever you can comfortably hold is going to be affected by how much protein powder you have to mix in. Maybe your nutritionist has some ideas or opinions one way or another about Genepro. -
GENEPRO.....Unjury.....blah blah blah......Genepro's Protein numbers are based on it's better absorption rate over other protein formulas. That is why they tout more protein per gram. Not being an actual chemists, and knowing how our entire consumer product industry is nothing more than a bunch of snake oil pushers anyway......... I don't really know what is actually being absorbed by my body, by anything out there. Maybe nothing. But then again.....there is always that "placebo" guy that enters the fracas. So it is what it is. I use whatever seems to make me feel or function better. The more expensive it is....the more I NEED to accept in my tiny little mind it's working. So, that being said. Use whatever seems to work for you. And keep our economy strong.

For those on liquid diets now.
amylynns replied to misstvb's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Someone on this site mentioned GENEPRO Protein. It's tasteless and totally dissolves. I put it in broth. I can also have v-8 veggie juice, so I mix that and the protein with broth and it's like tomato Soup. The protein is 98 calories and 30grams of protein. Can't taste it at all!! -
I saw this on another forum and thought it worthy to share as it has all the great information and advice we all need for the journey! it is written by Mellissa Gangi and what I had wished I had been told from the very beginning. Sleeve Tips: I'm 10 months post op today and along this journey, so far, I've seen a lot of the same questions or concerns from many. I thought these tips could help! 1. Take preop photos... you'll want them! 2. Protein shakes...I used isopure protein powder and scooped it into 2 oz. of water (u can add ice and blend too) to drink in my immediate postop period. It was much less to drink at a sitting and you still got in your protein. It would take me over an hour to drink each one, but way easier to me. Plus, isopure has multiple flavors and it was reasonably priced. I bought off Amazon. Also, Genepro is an unflavored protein powder that is very popular. It can be added to pretty much anything. The scoop is tiny and it gives 30g of protein per scoop. I use it daily in my morning coffee but if adding it to hot liquids you have to add creamer 1st to cool it down or it will clump up or dissolve in a little warm water 1st then add... the directions are on the bag. It is not completely unflavored and it has a smell to it, but most of us get used to it quickly. Your body can only absorb up to 30g of protein per serving, so anything more than that at once will be wasted and it doesn't count towards your daily goals! 3. STALLS happen...stick to your plan and the scale will move again! You most likely will be losing inches during that time. They can last a few weeks...especially the 3 week stall. The further you are out they may even last longer and at that point you may have to shake things up a bit, maybe a day or 2 most increase your carbs then go back to your plan. Don't get discouraged and try to just be patient. 4. No NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, aleve, motrin, etc...) they can cause ulcers...tylenol products are ok and Excedrin Tension is ok (great for headaches) it has tylenol and caffeine in it, no aspirin like the other excedrin products. Also, peppermint oil rubbed on your temples help for headaches. 5. Fluid intake...atleast 64 oz of non caffeinated, non carbonated, sugar free fluids but the rule of thumb is drink half of your body weight in ounces. 6. Caffeine and alcohol...follow your surgeons orders. They both can dehydrate you and cause ulcers in the beginning of your journey. And alcohol may affect you differently postop, so be careful. Absorbtion changes postop. 7. Transfer addictions...a lot of bariatric patients give up food for other addictions like shopping and alcohol. Be mindful. 8. Increased chance of pregnancy after surgery. You can be much more fertile. Even if you had problems with it preop. 9. Increased divorce rates postop...I have looked into this because I was curious as to why. I have found that it does indeed increase, but the majority of the couples that do have had issues preop and the spouse that had surgery loses the weight, increases their self esteem and simply won't stand for the same behavior anymore. 10. Sugar/Carbs...1st and foremost, follow your plan. There are reasons why your surgeon and/or nutritionist gives you one, especially while healing and it takes approximately 6 weeks for your tummy to heal. After you are advanced to a "regular" diet, usually about 2 month postop, yes you can eat some sweets or carbs but in moderation. Always try to get your protein in 1st, though. I have chosen to stay away from sugar and certain carbs. I don't crave them, so why reintroduce them. I know me, and moderation is hard for me. 11. Everyone's weightloss journey is different. Try not to compare yourself to the next person. It's hard not to, I know! But their weight, height, sex, medical history all plays a part of it. If you do what you should be doing, you'll lose! 12. Dumping and The Foamies... Dumping occurs when your new tummy just doesn't agree with something you consumed. Dumping occurs more in bypass patients but it can occur with sleeves, also. Symptoms can include sudden vomiting, diarrhea, and increased heart rate and last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The Foamies... you'll know what this is if you get it. It's a lot of phlegm that is produced in your esophagus all of a sudden. It can happen if you eat or drink too fast, or take in too much, or drink right after eating...wait to drink atleast 30 minutes after eating. Plus, if you drink with eating or too close afterwards you flush the food through your belly too fast and you're not absorbing nutrients. 13. Take your vitamins and get in your protein daily! This will not only help your weightloss and prevent vitamin deficiency but it will help with the sunken in look when you lose weight. I was told 60-90g of protein daily, but follow your drs orders. I take 2 flintstones with iron chewables a day because I couldn't tolerate the prescribed multivitamin, in addition to calcium with d3, and magnesium and b12. 14. Gas ex chewables, heating pads, and walking help big time for your gas pains. When I woke up from this surgery I thought I was having a heart attack because the gas was causing chest pains. Also, use the incentive spirometry in the immediate postop period. Anesthesia affects your lungs and it takes 72 hours to completely wear off so the breathing exercises help strengthen them and prevent pneumonia. 15. Heartburn...omeprazole works so well for me. My surgeon prescribed it from day 1 and I love it. 16. Postop hormones... your body almost goes into shock in the 1st 6 weeks or so after surgery from the major changes to it. You may feel different mentally...it does get better but if it's bad talk to your dr about it. 17. Medications... your body can change postop. The same medications you were on preop may be absorbed differently postop so if you notice changes talk to your dr. They may need to be adjusted. And extended release meds may not work as well. 18. Tracking your intake keeps you honest. I love the baritastic app. It also has recipes for all the stages and reminders. 19. Head hunger vs real hunger. This is a lifestyle change, your body needs much less calories postop but you have to retrain your brain. It may take time and that's normal. If you fall off the wagon one day...oh well...get back on it the next. We are all human. Don't get discouraged. Just pick yourself back up. 20. Complications can happen. If your body starts feeling different...new onset pains, nausea, vomiting, passing out, food feeling stuck in esophagus, etc...call your surgeon. You're always better safe than sorry. 21. Abbreviations... HW your highest weight SW what you weighed on your surgery day GW your goal weight CW what you weigh currently NSV non scale victory Nut nutritionist VSG vertical sleeve gastrectomy (sleeve surgery) RNY roux-en-Y (gastric bypass) DS duodenal switch surgery 22. Hair loss or thinning happens. But, it will grow back. I thinned starting at about 4 months. It can last months. Many take biotin supplements for it, I didn't. 23. Get ready to be cold! You're body is changing, it's almost in shock so invest in a Comfy, like me, or electric blanket to keep warm lol. 24. What to bring to the hospital for your surgery stay...a long phone charger, chapstick, your phone, comfy pjs, slippers, a robe, earbuds, and a list of your medical history, surgeries, allergies, and medications with dosages. Others add gas ex chewables but I'm an RN and don't recommend taking any meds from home without the nurses or drs knowledge. Some also say a heating pad to help with gas pains, but walking is best. Also, remember to hug a pillow if you cough or sneeze. It will help! 25. Constipation! It is a part of this journey, unfortunately. The only thing that helps me, and this is not conventional, is sugar free hard candies. A few of those babies (no more than 5 or you'll hate me) and you'll be going within 12 hours. The sugar alcohols do it for me. But, more conventional approaches are benefiber packets, smooth move tea, or miralax. And there's diarrhea in the beginning...liquids in, liquids out. But your 1st bowel movement may take awhile...its all normal. 26. Ketosis...when you cut out sugar and go low carb you're body goes into a state of ketosis. This is a metabolic state that now uses fat for energy, instead of carbs. It aids in weightloss, but has some side effects like bad breath, body odor, bowel changes, fatigue at 1st but then increased energy the longer you're in it, and insomnia. Those side effects will decrease over time so just invest in mouthwash for the meantime! I know this is a lot, but hopefully it helps! If I missed anything, feel free to chime in. Best of luck to everyone!

Hi everyone. Coming up on day 7 post op. Down 13 pounds. Very little pain and overall feeling good except for one thing- I AM SO HUNGRY! Everyone says we should not be hungry but I know what I'm feeling is physical hunger. All day I think and dream about food. Not even super fatty food. Just a bite of chicken breast or a cucumber would make me happy. I'm dreaming about the purée stage at this point. I've been getting my liquids and Protein in but that only totals to about 200-300 calories a day. I've been adding GENEPRO to almost everything I consume to get my protein in. shakes started making me sick and I'm even allowed yogurt and SF pudding. Taking a PPI twice a day. What should I do??? I don't feel like this is normal. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Any Pittsburgh Pa Sleeve people out there?!?
Beck Gal replied to claddagh66's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I can't start Vitamins until the my first follow up appointment on the 29th when they hopefully advance me to soft/bland foods. Makes sense since the ones they suggest aren't pureed lol. I feel like all i do all day is drink, but that is the name of the game at this point. The fair life fat free milk has like 11 grams of Protein in a cup.. And then adding Protein powder (I use a half scoop of cellucor) gets me to around 25 grams.... And then I just need a half scoop of GENEPRO to get me to 40g. That was a struggle yesterday because the shake took me like over two hours to drink like 9oz!!! So crazy. Since Yesterday was also the first time that my husband cooked a fantastic meal for a couple friends in front of me... I'm starting to get a little impatient for other tastes. Haha just being really careful about what I try. I just had like 1 full small spoon of tomato sauce and that was lovely. -
Best of luck to you! I'll be one week post-op tomorrow, and if you're like me, you're in for a tough weekend! But you'll get through it!! Within a few hours of getting to my room (post-op), I was up walking. It's not bad because you still have anesthesia on board. I walked four times that evening. The next morning, I walked four times before noon. I was able to keep down 30ml, then 60ml, then 90ml, then 120ml and I thought, "I'm killing this!" And then I went home. And the anesthesia wore off. Ugh. The pain and nausea were pretty bad. I couldn't get out of bed by myself it hurt so bad. I felt sick to my stomach any time I put anything in it (ice, water, watered-down apple juice, milk, protein shake, etc.) All despite taking an anti-nausea med 3x/day. Eventually I got thirsty enough that I was able to drink water and very, very diluted apple juice. I thought I'd never make my protein goal which was only 60 grams in the first few days. I might have made 30g. I was wondering if I had really made a mistake, if I could really do this. Was I going to be tired and weak forever? Until yesterday. For breakfast, I blended a few pieces of banana with 4 oz Fairlife milk and protein powder and made myself drink it until it was gone. I felt better once it was in my system. I continue to drink and eventually got up the nerve to take my multivitamins. I got the Bariatric Advantage crystallized kind that you mix with water. It tasted awful, but I got it down. Ever since I have felt so much better. Been able to get my protein in (thanks to Genepro) and stay hydrated. Took vits again today and still feel pretty good. Hope this continues! You'll do great! Just know there's a light at the end of the tunnel and it's not far away! HW 280 CW 267 SW 274 (8/24/17) GW 150

What do you do when you can't finish your meal? I prepare an appropriate portion size (about 4 ounces) and eat slowly with small utensils. Sometimes, before I finish the portion of food I prepared, I start to feel full, so I stop eating. I'm sure this happens to most of us on occasion, so what do you do with the rest of the food? I usually put it in the refrigerator for a while and then go back and get the rest later. I don't know if this is the right approach, or if it's a bad habit that will come back to bite me someday. I'm a little worried because I recently saw a WLS YouTuber say that this is a habit that contributed to her regain. I don't like wasting food, but I can get over that. The bigger problem for me is that I plan out my meals to get enough protein, and if I don't eat all of what I served myself, I'm going to be short on protein. I'm not eating an excessive amount of food; I rarely go over 600 calories in a day, and I sometimes get full before I finish something like 2.5 ounces of Greek yogurt or a small salad with 1.5 ounces of chicken. Today, I started eating 4 ounces of pureed black bean soup with half a scoop of Genepro, and I felt full after eating about 3/4 of it in 15 minutes. I only eat three meals per day and no snacks other than protein drinks between meals, but I'm afraid that this might be kind of like cheating, because I'm sort of having the rest of my meal as a snack. I'd love to know how other people handle this situation!

2 week pre-op drink recommendations?
KCroadwarrior replied to RSM's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I like Premier protein vanilla with a bit of strawberry Mio squirted into it. I also like the Premier chocolate and chocolate Muscle milk. I add a little Genepro to the muscle milk as it doesn't have quite enough protein in it. Get a milk frother from Ikea to mix genepro into any liquids you enjoy. -

@@Lemon109 - so glad you had a good appointment with your Dietician yesterday! Premier Protein is concentrate.. I haven't tried any of the BS shakes yet. Yeah Benefiber is a must. I was going to check if I can continue my fiber gummies after surgery because I have diverticulosis and don't want to get constipated and trigger a diverticulitis episode, those are painful. Ever since I started on the fiber gummies, I haven't had any problems. How do you prepare your shakes? I wonder if the foam taste is the mixing process? Thanks for sharing the Bariatric fusion. I will have to check those out. I love the calcium citrate chews from Celebrate and BA, they are yummy! , however I might try the cinnamon you mentioned just to have a variety I plan on buying the unjury unflavored and also GENEPRO unflavored protein to mix with food. I hear they are both good. -

THANKS EVERYONE! I gave it a shot! Had hubby get me some GENEPRO Medical Grade flavorless whey protein from GNC. It includes enzymes to help break down the protein I guess. Apparently from what GNU rep said many do and they are listed on label since whey is difficult to break down for everyone( who knew!!) Tried it last night a couple times and tolerated it very well. I'd recommend this brand. I was even able to sprinkle on JELLO and wasn't any taste (to me anyway) Hving it in c.f. iced tea now. 1 tBsp is 30g of protein. I think this will go a LONG WAY in helping me get my protein in daily! -

I LOVE GENEPRO!!!! I have been using it for almost 4 months now. I add it to my coffee. Which I am a hard core coffee drinker so using the GENEPRO is a win win for me!! As far as Isopure I commend anyone that can handle it!! YUKKY I only wish I had found Genepro a long time ago. As I'm 3 years out and I would definitely hate to know how much money I have spent on different Protein drinks!!
