in 2 lbs I will be at my 1/2 way point! 53lbs gone forever in only 10 weeks!!! Amazing!!!!

Hi everyone! I haven't been here in a very long time. June 1st was my one year anniversary since I was sleeved. Hard to believe my life could change so much in one year! I have lost 125 pounds and feel 20 years younger. I want to lose 10 more pounds so that my BM1 is 29.9 making me Overweight and no longer Obese!

Second workout of the day finished! I didn't make 30 minutes, only did 10, but that's pretty good for someone who has a major cold right now! Weights tomorrow morning, more cardio tomorrow night.

SURGERY IS THURSDAY THE 10TH @ 10:30am (lol duh me) =]

Hit the gym pretty hard today! 10 minutes on the bike to warm up, at a much higher speed than I use for cardio, then worked my muscles to failure on the weight machines. Feeling pretty good right now!

3wks, 2 days post op. It's gone really fast. Was on a stall for about 10 days, but I lost another pound yesterday. Why didn't anyone warn me about this week 3 stall business? LOL...Well in the big picture 20lbs in 3 week is awesome. Hope you all are doing well.

Looking for advise....So, if you lose just 5-10 lbs a month by eating so little and exercising...is the surgery worth it? If you did all that without surgery, would you get the same results? I am thinking of getting the surgery in November... so I am asking, would you do it again knowing what you know now? Did you lose hair? Are you always in pain or does it go away? Do you ever live a normal life again?

sleeved july 12th......i have hit a stall for about 3 weeks : ( but even though the scale isn't budging.. i finally fit into my old jeans that i have held on to size 10!! so apparently my body is loosing mass even though the darn scale isn't moving.. I'm very happy .. : )

I have lost 6 of the 10 lbs I gined in a week! I'm so happy! Thank you all for your support!

Hell Yeah it is Saturday and plan on having fun tonight after I get done making my chicken fajita dish one last time, probably not the last but it'll be awhile before I'll be able to eat it again, my last week of eating food and then liquid for 10 days, surgery and liquid some more, but it's all worth it!

2 days and 19 hours till surgery!!

Yippee! my 10 day stall is over. Lost 2lb overnight, thank goodness!

3rd day in to the pre op diet. I am at the point of dreaming of eating unhealthy foods. Even in my dreams I can't escape! I am so hungry, or at least think I am hungry. When will this pass? It is making these 10 days before surgery pass very very very slowly.

After maintaining for a few months I decided to lose 10 more pounds- with a little determination and effort I have lost 3 more pounds in 2 weeks. 7 to go!
