omg im 10 pds away from my goal im amazed at what we can accomplish when we are so determined !

meet with the MOVE coordinator at the VA today will start my 10 week classes the 1st of July. was down 9# in 2 weeks. 15#s to reach my 10% then finishes the classes do 1x a month meetings with her the get my phsyc, cardio and pulm clearances then meet w/surgeon then 2wk liquid diet then surgery,,,,uggg seems so far away

10 month weigh in and 5.5 lbs lighter...almost in the 130's!! 7 lbs from normal bmi...can't wait!!

19 pounds gone!

Ok, starting to have some anxiety. I feel stupid for asking this but I just need some reassurance. I am post op day # 17 and I have only lost 10 pounds. I don't know if I am on track or if I am failing. I spoke with my surgeon at my 2 week post op and he seemed happy with the way things are going. I have a fair amount of pain on and off still and have not been walking for exercise yet. I just don't know, what do you all think?

Surgery on june 10.......im an emotional wreck.is that normal?

10 lbs from normal BMI!!! That number seems sooo little! Yippee! My hubby is having VSG in MX in 6 days, and I just can't wait for him to experience all that the sleeve has given to me!!! tome

Two days til surgery. I go in on Tuesday May 14th at 10:45. Getting a little nervous, but I know I'm gonna be alright.

59 days to go!! And I am under 300lbs! 8 more lbs until I am at my pre-surgery goal. Maybe I will shoot for another 10?

Attention parents! Don't let your kid under the age of 10 microwave their own food and try to get it out of microwave themselves! Or if they do use the microwave teach HOW and WHAT to set the timer on! I see too many kids with bad burns... Soup and noodles need 2 min or less it doesn't need to be boiling hot!

Had surgery on 10/25. Experience was better than I expected and recovvery going very well. Since my journey and surgery I am down 41 lbs and am so glad that i did this.

Should find out by the end of the week if my 12/19/12 surgery date is official. I really hope it is! I can't wait!!

I'm BACK from DC. What an awesome (and very HOT) experience. Walked, on average 10 miles per day (according to pedometer)! Whew!!

finally lost a couple of pounds over the weekend! I am a normal BMI!!!! Woohooo! I could call this goal but I really want to be 135. I think I have 10 more pounds in me!

I'm 10 lbs away from my doctors goal! 67 lbs lost in just a little over 5 months I heart my sleeve not only for restriction, but for giving me motivation!

My surgery is on July 10 I'm so excited
