I had a lil NSV yesterday. I was able to tie my sneakers by putting my knees up to my chest.. like a skinny person!! Yay me!

Weird yet fun NSV.. So, I'm having the tattoo on my wrist removed via laser (in my quest to change lots about me!) Anyway, the laser tech was talking me through the pain... then she says "Oh the pain is going to be more intense for these bony parts..." LOL!!! I had to think twice on that. I really don't remember EVER being described anywhere near BONY!!! ;o)

Still havent weighed myself for fear the scale still hasnt moved. I did manage to wear an old button down shirt I couldnt fit into before surgery! Yay for an NSV!!!

Talking to my dad on the phone about how I'm in desperate need of new clothes and he said, "Oh, right. I forgot that my daughter was the incredible shrinking woman. I'm so proud of you!" Best NSV to date!

My 3yr old little guy told me I was beautiful tonight. Not really a NSV, but it sure felt good! :-)

Thanks, I'm working hard at it. It's not an easy task, but you already know that because you're working hard at it too I see! Feeling lighter is such a great NSV to this.

NSV--Being directed out of the women's section to the misses section. Then the saleslady brought me a 10 and an 8. They fit! Love Love Love being skinny!

NSV--Back to work and so many compliments. People have stopped asking me what I lost and just tell me I look wonderful. (And beautiful, and lovely!) I'll take it!

NSV: I can finally button the smocks at my salon. Woot! And is not like it's barely buttoning, there's is room!

NSV - Went from baggy size 12 slacks to snug size 8 today. (Started at size 20W.) Happy dance!

I met my program partner at a meeting this morning and when I got out the car, he said, 'well hello there skinny!' He knows about my procedure but great to hear it from someone other than my family members. Great NSV!!!

Ya'll are so funny on my post! LOL!!! Glad to know that you feel comfortable on my site, too funny! Anyhoo, BigGirlPanties, I am a program manager at my college and I work with Deans and Directors of other programs and beyond. So it was good to hear those words. BTW, my face is skinnier too. I'm not predisposed of the wattle but I sure am with the wings. Geez, I wish I could shrink those, however; I'm working on it!

after a week of no meats, no supplements, two hours of zumba today, my bp tonight is 110/64, heartbeat 86 !!!NSV totally!!

NSV's and body changes! This is the first weight loss journey I have encountered where I look in the mirror and see obvious changes in my body. I am getting compliments and feeling good in my clothes! It's a new world!

Yesterday I had to go home and change pants (big hole on side,no idea how), I grabbed a pair of pants and tried on and thought these must be older pair, they fit loose) I got home and they were a size 12P, wow total NSV!

NSV: tried on new underwear, couldn't tell which were the legs and which was waist everything was same size.. lol

LOL I had to buy a couple of smaller sizes , and even the smaller ones are already getting a bit loose , look at the size you used to fit into , and look at the size now , maybe you will have to take a pic and post of the before and after lol , got to post this as a NSV, as it is , now probally time to get measured to see what size you are on top and bottoms.

NSV from Friday, jeans day at work: Got dressed in the AM and my jeans were falling off of me! Too baggy to wear without looking silly. Down from a 20 to a 18
