    Welcome back everyone.... yesterday coffee w/protein B-greek yogurt w/the rest of my protein L-1 c chili w/ crackers S-1 bite size Hershey S-too much popcorn D-1 1/2 c homemade chili w/ crackers thought I had bought wheat crackers, but they were regular ones.

For breakfast -banana and coffee and active yogurt Lunch - I made an incredible chicken bacon ranch salad- with campari tomatoes, grilled chicken, turkey bacon, cucumbers, beets and of lite ranch dressing - had extra time today so treated myself - oh yeah and feta cheese. dinner - not sure yet - probably some kind of chicken and maybe some grilled veggies - snack - hummus or hot peppers on low fat wheat thins

B: Protein Shake L: meat/cheese from a double cheeseburger tea D: 98% ff hamburger with baked beans orange slices S: FF peach yogurt ( I don't eat any bread, it doesn't work with my band and I learned that fries and my band aren't friends either, that's a good thing!!)

    I agree. I measure everything. I am on mushy food so I keep it between 2-3 ounces on anything as thick as greek yogurt. If it is a protein shake I go up to 8 ounces but that is thinned out. I am always super full after protein shakes. The 2-3 ounces of yogurt or cottage cheese etc always fills me up too. I try and have something, even if it is 4 ounces of skim milk at least every 3 hours. My calories are super low but my protein has been between 55-60 grams. I'd like to up that by 10-15 grams in the next day or so.

  14. yes, i found them @target in the frozen food section - good option rather than making them :regular_smile: which can be time consuming. i make them w/ground chicken or turkey / shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion & hoison sauce. i use wonton wrappers, steam - then freeze in bulk. i take out when wanting a few, pan sear them & use a dipping sauce (i like a spicey tai version or dim sum sauce) nutritional value for 5 off the top of my head is around 200 calories & 12g of protein. i'm sure its' posted a few pages back. yesterday - b- 5.3oz honey greek yogurt s- half tuna wrap l- other half tuna wrap s- ostrich jerky stick d- half chille relleno, few bites of refried beans

  16. I tried the carbmaster, uhhhhh, the taste, not so much! Got a slight un-fill today .2 cc's (it was hard to drink water after the third day) I feel much better. b-tide me over protein water l-1/2 cup cioppinno d-1/2 of a grilled salmon burger (wrapped in lettuce) topped with a yogurt, lemon, dill sauce, tomato and grilled onions *exercise, started back with my trainer today, he kicked my butt, my legs feel like rubber bands

    I had coffee and a banana for breakfast. For lunch, I'm having butter lettuce wraps with lean ham, a bit of cheese, and some mustard. I will have edemmame for a snack. Dinner is stuffed cabbage (cabbage, a bit of brown rice, lean hamburger, and bell pepper topped with a tomato and sour cream sauce (just a tiny bit of sour cream in the sauce) with chopped apples sprinkled on top.) I eat just one of those. I usually have the same thing for breakfast every day. I eat a lot of salads, lettuce wraps, Vietnamese salad rolls, light soups with lots of veggies, sirlion steak with a light marinade and roasted veggies etc... For snacks, I eat veggie sticks with a low fat yogurt ranch, edemmame, fruit, and on occasion chips with100 calorie pack of guacamole. If I go out, it is usually to get a veggie and black bean bowl at Chipotle. I eat 1/2 and save the other 1/2 for the next day. Sometimes I have Wendy's chili.

    Breakfast: Coffe and fat free milk, 50g Protein shake Snack: coffee & fat free milk Lunch: I was having a greek yogurt with a 1/4 cup of musli and teaspoon of flaxseed but I am stuck on the 2nd bite .... grrrrrrrr

When I get home all good eating habits are out the window! yesterday: B: 1/2 packet of cream of wheat, 3 strips turkey bacon s: yogurt L: lean cuisine chicken carbonara (this made me realize i am having issues with pasta now ) s: 100 cal pack of pnut butter cheese crackers D: nachos - baked tostitos, about 2 oz ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, spoonful of sourcream s: 3/4 of a hershey bar - that was the last one so i shouldnt have this problem anymore! D2: little piece of baked tilapia workout: none...again...sooo lazy of me! hey Slim-n-Tn! I went and bought those cocoa roasted almonds that you munch on and they are awesome!!! gives me my little chocolate fix :mad2: THANKS!!

    Just meal prepped for my week at work! Hard boiled eggs, cucumber and onions in vinegar, chopped sweet peppers and pita chips with hummus, baked chicken breast, and a medium steak! Pairing these things with salad or fruit plus some Greek yogurt each day and I should be well on my way to my protein goals.

    February 25, 2010 7am: Coffee & milk 9am Greek non fat plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of flax seed. 10.30 8oz no sugar cranberry juice & 32oz water 11.30 cup of fresh strawberries 1pm 2 eggs scrambled on a 100 calorie whole grain thin bread. 2.30pm juice of 4 lemons & 32 oz water 4pm 2 pretzles 1 glass white wine 5pm 1 square of blue cheese & 2 crackers 5.30pm 4oz orange roughy steamed with onion & roasted red pepper.
