have not been posting - and havent been too bad (little though ) but must restart: yesterday: B: activia light yogurt and 2.5 strips bacon S: grande iced skinny vanilla latte L: 1/3 c. creamy swiss chicken and some tasters at whole foods S: 3 sf popsicles, 1 tsp pb D: 1 c. cream of broccoli soup, a truffle

Um, lets see, yesterday for me: Breakfast - bircher muesli made by soaking 1/4 cup rolled oats in apple juice overnight and in the morning adding some stewed plums and greek yogurt - it was about half a cup. Mid morning I had a skim latte - 1/3 espresso, 2/3 steamed skim milk Lunch was two thin basil and tomato rice cakes with avocado on them and a banana Mid afternoon I had some unsalted cashews, probably about 15 Dinner last night was roast pork - a lean pork shoulder baked in the oven, mashed potato/sweet potao and steamed broccoli and cauli. I made dessert too which is not usual - plum crumble (basically baked cut up plumbs with a topping of rolled oats, sugar and butter). I had about 1/2 cup of the roast - tiny bit of meat, spoonful of mash, a piece each of broccoli and cauli and then about 1/4 of a cup of crumble with a bit of low fat custard, half an hour later. I also had a small glass of white wine. this morning I did something a bit naughty and had about 1/4 cup of the plum crumble for breakfast - well really, its fruit, oats and a bit of sugar, but I had some yogurt with it, not custard. Mid morning I had a skim latte again. Lunch was about 1/4 cup total of left over pork and mash with some gravy and about 1/4 cup of mixed berries with a dash of cream. dinner tonight we're having a chicken curry with brown rice

Congrats Becacloud9! Today- B-coffee w/torani sf syrup, chobani ff peach greek yogurt L-1 oz pepperjack cheese, 3 milano cookies (I didn't to really eat a lunch because DS forgot a book at home that he needed for school) D-jambalaya cooked with beans instead of rice

Man... a size 0... should we all have those problems... oh wait... then I would not have met all you wonderful people who have touched my life in so many ways... I ran out of yogurt to make my shake so I made it with coffee icecream, (1/2 cup) some cold coffee, & protein powder. It was actually less cals and a nice change. I took out a pkg of turkey meat to make a burger before I go to my scrap book party tonight so I don't eat there. My SS gift should be going out on Friday, I'm going to start boxing it up tomorrow. My house is such a mess it is stressing me out, but I'm done for today, working on my 6th load of laundry - kids are all done, mine is done, and now working on towels. Working for 10 days straight I have not done a thing so I guess tomorrow I'll clean, today is laundry. Well, off to dry my hair and do round 2 of running, pick up ds and back home to get ready for this thing. -
Yesterday: B: mocha cheesecake protein shake L: 1/2 c. chicken chiliquiles with 1/2 c. steak & cheese soup (whole foods) poured over it S: oatmeal raisin cookie - afraid to say it was large and I ate the whole thing D: 1 cup chicken & dumpling S: honey roasted cashews 2oz Today: B: 1/2 c. chiliquiles with 1/2 c. steak & cheese soup poured over it S: honey roasted cashews 2 oz - these need to leave the house L: 1 c. chicken & dumpling D: mocha cheesecake protein shake 4th meal (I go back to work tonight so will be up for 24 hours) will be: 3oz braised beef (dream dinners), 1 oz baby roasted potato and a couple sugar snap peas last snack (will probably be around 0500) greek yogurt and 1/2 apple thank goodness I'm getting a fill tomorrow.

For breakfast -banana and coffee and active yogurt Lunch - I made an incredible chicken bacon ranch salad- with campari tomatoes, grilled chicken, turkey bacon, cucumbers, beets and of lite ranch dressing - had extra time today so treated myself - oh yeah and feta cheese. dinner - not sure yet - probably some kind of chicken and maybe some grilled veggies - snack - hummus or hot peppers on low fat wheat thins

Sunday is my freebee day.. I take the kids to McDonald's after church.. B: Protein Shake L: meat/cheese from a double cheeseburger tea D: 98% ff hamburger with baked beans orange slices S: FF peach yogurt ( I don't eat any bread, it doesn't work with my band and I learned that fries and my band aren't friends either, that's a good thing!!)

I agree. I measure everything. I am on mushy food so I keep it between 2-3 ounces on anything as thick as greek yogurt. If it is a protein shake I go up to 8 ounces but that is thinned out. I am always super full after protein shakes. The 2-3 ounces of yogurt or cottage cheese etc always fills me up too. I try and have something, even if it is 4 ounces of skim milk at least every 3 hours. My calories are super low but my protein has been between 55-60 grams. I'd like to up that by 10-15 grams in the next day or so. -

yes, i found them @target in the frozen food section - good option rather than making them :regular_smile: which can be time consuming. i make them w/ground chicken or turkey / shredded cabbage, carrots, green onion & hoison sauce. i use wonton wrappers, steam - then freeze in bulk. i take out when wanting a few, pan sear them & use a dipping sauce (i like a spicey tai version or dim sum sauce) nutritional value for 5 off the top of my head is around 200 calories & 12g of protein. i'm sure its' posted a few pages back. yesterday - b- 5.3oz honey greek yogurt s- half tuna wrap l- other half tuna wrap s- ostrich jerky stick d- half chille relleno, few bites of refried beans
