Going on a 3 week stall...

Had a Hard time on Thur. when I weighed in cause I gained 2.5lbs in 2 weeks when I was vacation! I know where I went wrong so now I just have 2 bust butt 2 get it off and get back on track!! I get weighed 2morro after group hopefully I have lost or at least maintained!!

Oh Yeah! I finally bought a new bra- I went from a 48 I to a 40 DDD in 16 weeks! I love my new bra, it's so much smaller than my other ones lol

2 weeks out of surgery and down 16 pounds! Yay!

Got back on the bike yesterday 2 weeks post broken foot. Little sore today but totally worth it to see the scale down 1 pound this AM!

I'm so excited, after being denied by insurance last week we sent in a bit more info and I received my approval today. Can't wait to have a date on the calendar!

Broke the Stall!!!

Down 5.6lbs from last week!! OMG. I weigh 185!! Only 20 to go!! I love my sleeve!!

Three days to go this pre opt liquid only diet sucks!

Good Morning, Well its been 9 weeks today and I think I hit a platue. I cant seem to get past this 39 lbs. Im wondering if I am not getting enough calories. I am eating between 500-700 calories per day. I try to get more but I just cant seem to get there. Hopefully at my post op class they will help me with this.

Another stall broken!

6 weeks post op! Stall, stall, stall - the ultimate 4 letter bad word! This is getting crazy. I stall every other week now. Really questioning if this will work for the long run. Hmmmm

Week 10: Down 41lbs and 35% to goal

I missed my 4th of July Goal by 8 pounds - I had my first stall. I am now starting to move down the scale a bit.

Love & Loght to all on this journey. Well, last week I gained 2.4 lbs and this week, I lost a pound. I am only 16 lbs away from goal so I am really uping the water. I would like to be at goal by labor day! I know we can do it. Giving thanks for All the lessons and the blessings!

My surgery got pushed back 3 weeks... disappointing, but if i waited this long, 3 more weeks shouldn't make a difference. Now scheduled for 7/27... can't wait!

follow up nutritionist appointment this week, shopping for new gym sneakers and getting to wear a dress that never fit me before? sounds like a great week ahead!

I guess it's normal to be hungry during the two week post op liquid diet?
