I am actually thinking I might need an unfill - not PB'ing but there is pain and not really able to eat (or very little of) meat, then I feel hungry and since I've been in a bad trend lately - I'm eating bad stuff that will go right through. I was kind hoping it was due to stress and TOM but still feel off/tight! Will call office in am. (24 hr+ day) Today: B: 3 oz. ff greek yogurt, 2/3 papaya - felt it for sure S: chocolate - easter candy needs to go bye! L: tried 1 oz deli meat (first turkey - ouch, then ham less ouch) guacamole made w/ 1/3 avocado S: veggies straws and more chocolate :crying: D1: lite muscle milk chocolate shake D2: had a couple bites chicken rissotto, babybel cheese S: will be: have some more guac. and some veggies

    b- 4 ounces of greek yogurt 80 cal mixed with 1/2 cup of kashi go lean 100 cal = 180 cal Will be (I packed this for lunch and dinner at work) l- 100 cal thin sliced bread with hummus 70 cal and 25 cal of turkey w/cucumber = around 200 cal d- 100 cal thin sliced bread with 2tbsp ff ranch 30 cal and 45 cal of turkey with cucumber= im rounding to 200cal Will have a skinny latte 110 cal and prob 100 cal snack = 210 cal for snacks about 790 cals today going to the gym after work..:biggrin: my next 5k will be sept 5th. last weekends time was 41:40:thumbdown: trying to lose 15 pds by that date

    Tuesday April 26, 2011 Breakfast~1/2 wheat bagel w/light cream cheese and 1/2 cup of oikos honey greek yogurt Lunch~ 4oz Greek Turkey Burger in pita bread and about 10 croutons and 20 almonds Snack~14 almonds and 5 croutons (I have a weird obsession with croutons) Dinner~4 oz greek turkey burger and 35 almonds Calories~1,427 Carbs~85 Protein~101 Water~ 64oz

    I've been eating greek yogurt with fruit, the peach yogurt with a cup of peach bits, and cottage cheese with mandarin orange bits (think I've overdone the oranges) great snack!
  14. mslittle - you're very sweet, I have always loved to cook - part of my initial eating problem but now its fun for me to create band friendly delicious bites. tonight it will be back to work (24 hr+ night) so an extra meal day in addition tomorrow should be interesting b/c I will probably only get about 3-3.5 hr sleep (usually happens once a month or so ) I have 3 meetings during the day and work tomorrow night :confused: hard to work nights in a day world ) so I usually have an extra snack (something crunchy and with Protein to give me energy) Plan for the Day: B: chocolate cheesecake Protein shake L: Couple cheese tortellini tossed in a creamy marinara and peas S: probably all bran crackers w/ lite laughing cow cheese D1: Roasted red pepper Soup w/ couple bites chicken sausage and grated parmessan D2: Plain nonfat greek yogurt w/ berries and 1 ozprotein Cereal S: not sure - something will come to me when I'm packing it up

  16. Luluc - oh my those raviol sound amazing, I think I might make those this weekend. Yesterday: (bad day - nothing would stay down for B or L, then I was famished for dinner and ate too much but it stayed down. B: 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese & jam - no shocker that came back but I was at a conference & they didn't have the yogurt they usually do, I was unprepared S: fresh berries (1/3 c.) L: tried initial bites of deli turkey and cheese, few bites salad, potato salad - all came back (tried all 3 separately - all 3 came back) even tried cream of broccoli soup, no chunks - came back :cursing: S: 1-1.5 oz muenster cheese, few bites cheesecake - shocking it stayed D: 3 spoonfulls butternut squash & crab bisque, a small oven baked almond chicken breast w/ sweet & sour sauce S: few bites pirate booty, 3 fun size packs peanut butter m&ms

    B- Choc Unjury Protein Drink w/ 1/2 a banana mixed in the magic bullet S- 6oz of SF OJ & Protein Shot (26 g of Protein, only 110 calories) L- 2 oz of Low Fat cottage Cheese S- will be 2 oz of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt D- Will Be 2 oz of Spaghetti So far I'm at 50oz of water, I will hit the 64 mark today!!! Hit the gym- burnt 240 Calories (I just can't get with it like I was) Might take a walk after work this evening. :tongue2:

    Boy it seems like I'm eating a lot! :mad: With the new site that I'm using (myfitnesspal.com) to journal my food, I'm posting everything as you can see because I really want to see just how many calories I'm really eating. This is new for me. Way back when when I tried counting calories, I found it to be to time consuming. But it's easy now! I've calculated my calorie intake to be at 1,200 a day to lose 2 pounds a week.   25. i was at the grocery store and saw the hummus think i want to try it whats a good one and what do you eat it with. well i had to go back and get half a unfill i feel much better and hungry some but, i have to work on the self disipline part alot more. gonna just take it one day at a time. 4oz s/f,f/f pudding w/mashed kiwi 4oz vanilla yogurt med. coffee w/milk, splenda 4oz mashed chix salad 16oz lemon water
