    b- greek yogurt and a mini peice of toast 200 cal latte 100 cal l- 2 mini sandwhich 200 cal s- half of a breadstick 100 cal d- bowl of chili at firehouse... prob 400 cal! 1000 cal today give or take a few... going to work out tonight!

  4. so last night i was really bad and snacked a lot. no idea why..i wasn't even hungry. i had dinner then later on i had the following: scoop baked apples with scoop lf frozen yogurt, then later i had- 100 cal pack pringles, then 100 cal pack cheese puffs. UGH. I'm disappointed i ate just because i was bored:frown: Today: b: tall double skinny latte & oatmeal with pb & syrup, 250 cal l: about 3-4 oz of roasted chicken and a salad, about 350 cal d: i might do a lean cuisine today because the flat bread makes me pretty full and i'm less likely to snack. My goal for today is to NOT snack today...wish me luck:ohmy:

  11. I had a very bad day today...most likely due to the fact that i am in excrutiating pain from throwing my back out on saturday. I ate terribly all weekend and lost 4 lbs. I just grabbed the first thing I saw to eat. I probabaly gained them back today...:thumbup: B: Dannon pinapple yogurt L: small fry from checkers/rallys D: 2 chocolate chip cookies w/a cup of 2% milk s: some bbq potato chips I get another fill tomorrow so i wont be able to indulge in these types of things. workout: none...in too much pain

S - 1 cup LIGHT chocoate Soy milk D - way too much Trader Joe's Kettle Corn :thumbup: Can't wait for my fill on the 15th!

    Congrats, Bozzj yesterday coffee B-1 boiled egg, 3 turkey sauages S-yogurt, 1 90 cal cereal bar L-1 chicken drumstick, 1 slice of cake (went to a funeral) D-1 baked chicken breast S-Sun chips Finally went back to the gym and the eliptical missed me, it worked the "heck" out me to teach me never to leave him/her.

    I've been eating greek yogurt with fruit, the peach yogurt with a cup of peach bits, and cottage cheese with mandarin orange bits (think I've overdone the oranges) great snack!
