    So far.... Breakfast: Coffee & 1/2 peice of whole wheat toast with a teaspoon of penut butter. Crystal light! I will drink more liquid today! Lunch: 3oz turkey meatloaf Snack: fat free plain yogurt 90 cal Snack: Homemade lemonade (splenda not sugar to sweeten)

    Thanks Beacloud. I needed to hear that. Well here is what yesterday was like. I was a little worried with it being a Saturday and being off work but surprisingly I didn't have much of an appetite. Breakfast-EAS Shake 17 g Protein 110 Calories Snack-Greek Yogurt-130 Cal 12g Protein Lunch-Tuna Salad and 6 crackers 180 Calories 17g Protein Dinner-1/2 chicken salad sandwich 365 Calories 11g Protein Snack- Other 1/2 chicken salad sandwich 365 Calories 11g Protein Walked 20 Minutes 1150 Calories 68g Protein I weighed myself this morning and was down another 1lb which makes 8 lbs this week.

    Monday April 25, 2011 Breakfast~1/2 wheat bagel with weight watchers cream cheese and oikos greek yogurt w/honey Lunch~Lean Cuisine Five Cheese Rigatoni w/ 5 pieces of wheat melba toast and 1 slice of pepperjack cheese Dinner~Greek turkey burger in pita bread Snacks~35 almonds Calories~1,376 Carbs~112 Protein~81 Water~50 oz
  5. I just had 1/4 cc. taken out and hope I am able to eat better. Being too tight is actually worse than not tight enough. I ate too much bad food, just because it went down. Today is a new day! b - cookies and cream protein bar l - 1 c. chili with 8 saltines d - will be stir fried veggies and some chicken. i will snack on sf yogurt and/or almonds if i get hungry

    Today B-2 slices ham lunchmeat, 1 string cheese (110 cal) S-small banana, coffee w/ splenda (90 cal) L-turkey meatballs on a hotdog bun, steamed broccoli, skim milk (475 cal) S-large red apple, FF yogurt (100 cal) D-slice homemade quiche, 2 turkey sausage links, FF milk (400 cals) s- candy (100 cals) liquids-coffee,water,milk Excercise-steps at work, cleaning at home (I still have pneumonia and cant officially work out yet) Calories-approx 1275

  15. so it's not me?? i'll stick w/greek yogurt, which i stocked up on yesterday & tossed the carbmaster. banded in ohio, when my calories dropped under 1000 - i didn't lose. i'm decently active, i'd try to encorporate some exercise and play around w/your calories/food choices???? got a fill yesterday - b- raspberry carbmaster l- tortialla soup d- tortialla soup s- lemon italian ice

    Today was a good day! Very proud of myself for sticking with it today. And some good news...I able to get a fill appt for Monday! Yippee!! Today: B- LC slim fast L- 1/2 c. greek yogurt, 1 oz. almonds D- small grilled chicken breast and a side salad S- LC slim fast and some slice of cheese 1 hr of cardio

    yesterday B-coffee, 5.3 oz greek yogurt w 1/2 scoop whey protein L-1 c ground beef, 2 t spanish rice, ff sour cream and 1 T pinto beans D-chicken drumstick w/ 1/2 c cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce S-4 bites of cornbread dressing and cranberry sauce
  19. mslittle - you're very sweet, I have always loved to cook - part of my initial eating problem but now its fun for me to create band friendly delicious bites. tonight it will be back to work (24 hr+ night) so an extra meal day in addition tomorrow should be interesting b/c I will probably only get about 3-3.5 hr sleep (usually happens once a month or so ) I have 3 meetings during the day and work tomorrow night :confused: hard to work nights in a day world ) so I usually have an extra snack (something crunchy and with Protein to give me energy) Plan for the Day: B: chocolate cheesecake Protein shake L: Couple cheese tortellini tossed in a creamy marinara and peas S: probably all bran crackers w/ lite laughing cow cheese D1: Roasted red pepper Soup w/ couple bites chicken sausage and grated parmessan D2: Plain nonfat greek yogurt w/ berries and 1 ozprotein Cereal S: not sure - something will come to me when I'm packing it up
  20. San Diego Mom - Welcome back to the land of the filled! I am actually thinking I might need an unfill - not PB'ing but there is pain and not really able to eat (or very little of) meat, then I feel hungry and since I've been in a bad trend lately - I'm eating bad stuff that will go right through. I was kind hoping it was due to stress and TOM but still feel off/tight! Will call office in am. (24 hr+ day) Today: B: 3 oz. ff greek yogurt, 2/3 papaya - felt it for sure S: chocolate - easter candy needs to go bye! L: tried 1 oz deli meat (first turkey - ouch, then ham less ouch) guacamole made w/ 1/3 avocado S: veggies straws and more chocolate :crying: D1: lite muscle milk chocolate shake D2: had a couple bites chicken rissotto, babybel cheese S: will be: have some more guac. and some veggies
