YESTERDAY: B: couple bites cream of wheat, grande skinny vanilla latte S: 3/4 slice banana bread w/ maple butter :thumbup: (making for neighbors) L: 1/3 c. hummus w/ assorted veggies(red pepper, snap peas, baby carrots) S: babybel cheese, veggie straws D: 3/4 c. roasted red pepper soup S: peanut butter lowfat frozen yogurt So yes i have been snacking the last few days and frozen yogurt has been involved (and I realized I never posted saturday's food which there was 1.5 beers and 5 fried mushrooms) but nothing to explain how since friday I have gained back the 5 lbs I lost since my small unfill on monday. I am fully aware of how fluid shifts drastically in us - but seriously? Sooo - I'm going to hit it hard working out this week and go back to my post-fill liquid/soft diet for several days. I made my 2 favorite pureed soups (roasted red pepper and garden broccoli) so my freezer is stocked. I don't think I would ordinarily be so obsessed with a few lb. swing but before the 5lb regain - I had actually hit my 1st goal below and was 2 lbs away from the 2nd Today is one of my long days - I'll post later tonight at work what I ate.

It's been a rough couple of days. My FIL was having chest pains at work yesterday, so he went to the hospital and ended up having 3 stints put in. Thankfully, he didn't actually have a heart attack and a lot of damage. So glad they caught it early. Today B- Activia yogurt L- 1 cup Fiber One cereal, 1/2 cup Hood milk S- Oatmeal raisin cereal bar D- Spaghetti -
Mm, food. Snack: Quest Protein Bar nuked for 1 min. Tastes like a warm almond cookie. Breakfast: 1/2 cup oat bran, 1/2 cup grapes, 2 eggs, 4 pieces turkey bacon Snack: High protein/low carb bagel with Philadelphia CC mini Lunch: salad with broccoli, lettuce, chicken, cheese, and light ranch dressing Snack: Protein 'pudding' made with Lemon creme pie casein, cool whip, and greek yogurt w/ cinnamon toast cereal Dinner: Tilapia with brown rice, black Beans, and mixed vegetables.

I've been eating greek yogurt with fruit, the peach yogurt with a cup of peach bits, and cottage cheese with mandarin orange bits (think I've overdone the oranges) great snack! -

TODAY: day#5 of 5dpt (I wouldn't say my cravings are completely in check - but I feel more restriction for sure and I lost stubborn lbs. - the cravings I'm sure are more mental than anything) B: muscle milk lit chocolate milk S: activia light yogurt, babybel L: 2 thin slices deli turkey meat, 1 slice deli cheddar w/ a little mustard and ranch dressing S: too many sugarfree popsicles to count - thank goodness for splenda - but seriously D: going out tonight - who knows what!

life getting back to normal after my travels- as promised I was on the scale yesterday am. B- Choc Unjury Protein Drink w/ 1/2 a banana mixed in the magic bullet S- 6oz of SF OJ & Protein Shot (26 g of Protein, only 110 calories) L- 2 oz of Low Fat cottage Cheese S- will be 2 oz of Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt D- Will Be 2 oz of Spaghetti So far I'm at 50oz of water, I will hit the 64 mark today!!! Hit the gym- burnt 240 Calories (I just can't get with it like I was) Might take a walk after work this evening. :tongue2:
