so i've been BAD lately...been on a 3 week bender....i don't know why i do this to myself!!! Anyhoo, my cheating and acting like what i eat does not make me gain weight actually made me gain like 7lbs. in 3 freaking weeks!!! Did i mention that i have not exercised either? oh yeah. just tv and food. SO i'm back..and i'm ready to be accountable again. I tried the carbmaster, uhhhhh, the taste, not so much! br: slim fast optima shake mixed w/ plain yogurt, blueberries and extra protein powder. snack: 1/3 a chicken, cheese, black bean enchilada lunch: 1/2 apple, couple grapes, 1 oz lite caramel, 2 oz diced cheese and a pack of snackwell cookies. (not the best meal - at least there was some protein) dinner: hamburger patty with slice of muenster cheese and some tampenade. i really need to work on my veggie intake!!

Monday was a very unpleasant day. Had some red peppers and chicken tikka with rice and while I ate them easily, my adbomen bloated and I was very uncomfortable for 24 hours. As a result Tuesday was a greek yogurt day. -

I have a question about drinking after you eat. If you have a greek yogurt for breakfast (or something similar) do you still wait at least 30mins to drink something? Yogurt, though somewhat thick, still seems like it would go right through the band. So I'm wondering if I should wait to drink something like I would after a normal meal (meat, veggies, etc) or if drinking after a breakfast of greek yogurt is OK?

B: 3 oz yogurt L: 1/4 cup salad w/ blue cheese, 2 small chicken strips dipped in honey mustard d: 4 pieces of calamari, 2 bites of cheeseburger (no bun) and 2 sweet potatoe fries ( all of this I ended up pb'ing.. uggh) s: 1/4 of ice cream bar s: glass of merlot went to foxwoods casino for dinner and jeff foxworthy show so ate and drank more than I should but lost my entire dinner.
