Day 14 doing great! NSV today, size 20 jeans......Yeah!!

Guess what? I did it!! Another nsv... participated in my first spin class this morning! Woohoo!!!!

Awesome NSV today! For the first time in 20 some odd years, I tried on a size large in pants and they fit! They were sweatpants and a mens large, but still!!! Last winter I was wearing a mens 3X-4X in sweats and now I am in a large! Wooohooo!!!

today was awsome! did a mile in 16 minutes, talk about nsv! did soooo many reps weight training and zumba! I am feeling way encouraged. Saw a girl who went from 305 to 187 in a year, lets see what I can do!

NSV Today: I was able to fit my hand down into a glass cup to clean the bottom of it! HAHA

NSVs... I usually buy men's tshirts at target for my workout tops. I'm down to a medium now (and it's baggy). I also tried on size 14 avg/stretch work pants last weekend and they swallowed me. This journey is just mind blowing... and I'm happy I did it!

NSV?? Woke up yesterday and realized I have 2 small bruises strategically place on each inside knee....apparently when I sleep the BONES are sitting atop one another since there is less FAT!

NSV- fit into my size 15 levis jeans today.. scale is stubborn but I will conquer it..

Oh, and my NSV--- my 22 jeans now fit and the waist is comfortable, not tight at all and today I wore a 1x shirt to work that I haven't worn in about 5 or 6 years

BIG GIANT NSV!!!!!!!!! Ok, so... on my way home from surgery I stopped at some clothing stores to buy some new outfits. Something I knew was too small. Well I was looking thru them and pulled out a super cute brown dress. I tried it on to see how it fit... AND IT FITS!!! It's a size L -- and I'm sooo wearing it tomorrow... YEAHHHH!!!!!

Good morning my fellow losers!! I have a little bit of an NSV today. I have a pair of Size 14 pants that I'm actually able to wear out in public on today. Yay!!! ) Now, I'm not gonna get too far ahead of myself, I know they are probably made big, but oh well. I'm rockin these sob's today!! ;o)

Huge NSV today!!! I fit comfortably into my FIRST pair of 12's!!! Soooo loving this sleeve thing!! Never NEVER let anyone bring you down. There are always going to be people out there who seriously hate seeing you succeed... The only person that can dictate to you what your personal success are is YOU!! Never never forget that. Wahoooo!!! Total NSV today!!! I went shopping at Target and they had some cute pink workout jackets I'd been wanting on clearance. Well, they only had XXL, XL, M, S, XS left. None in L - so I tried on the Medium totally expecting to be let down but it fit!!! OMG... I can't lie it looks really cute on me too - showing off the cute figure I'm working so hard for. I'm elated!!! :-)

I'm only two weeks out but I LOVE my SLEEVE!!! Having LOTS of NSV that my seem like nothing to some but means the WORLD to me!!! Have a WONDERFUL day my friends!!!

Sometimes I'll look at myself (like my butt or whatever) and I don't even recognize it's me in the mirror (nice NSV!!) My pants (sizes 16M now) are getting saggy bottom, fitting very loose in the waist and my XL shirts are TOO BIG...

NSV...My oldest daughter graduated with HONORS from College with her Bachelors Degree! One down and one more to go! LOL Just wanted to share! I'm PROUD!

NSV...Here's what weight loss has done. I visited my doctor yesterday. My blood pressure is now normal, my cholesterol is normal and I'm off the meds and my blood glucose is normal (no diabetes)! What a good day.

25 lbs down and got my first NSV. A co-worker noticed the lose and didn't know about my surgery. Yeah!!!
