NSV weekend!! Went to a taping of Americas Got Talent in SF. Before, I would have been sqeezing into the chairs, now...I easily sit in the chairs, cross my legs, have room to wiggle..LOVE IT!! And I realized I have a lap now!! The small things in life :0}

NSV ~ Had to purchase size MEDIUM yoga pants because my larges were too baggy! Love my sleeve and the new me.

Ok on MFP I saw someone post this, and it's so true.. NSV: collar bones! Heck back bones too! I remember sitting on a bench at Red Lobster asking what that was poking me in the back (thinking it was the wall)... it was my backbone! lol So USED to being FLUFFY!

NSV... my skinny jeans I bought in Nurnberg, Germany years ago on the Euro size chart at H&M... FIT! Like a glove. Hallelujia! About a size 9/10 on the American standard.

Hiya Lissa. thanks for the lovely comment about my new profile pic... you are very kind. I am glad that you are in the NSV gang... there is a lot more to getting healthy and fit than that pesky scales - I currently hate mine with a passion...lol x

Thanksgiving was such a wonderful time with loved ones! NSV today. On my way home from my VSG surgery last year I stopped in a shopping area. I deliberately bought a dress, purple, super cute in size Medium. At the time it seemed like a pipe dream to even think I could fit into it. It was so tiny to me then!! Well I wore it today. I should've worn it a long time ago because it was big on me. ;o)

NSV! I gave up my brownie! LOL!! Before I would have claimed ownership of it, today, I took a nibble, gave 1/2 to my daughter and the other 1/2 to my friend! Felt really good that that little chocolate brownie didn't rule me. :0}

NSV--my daughter's boyfriend didn't recognize me and thought I must have been a TEENAGE COUSIN visiting!!! What?!? It's only been a couple weeks since I saw him last!

NSV..Removed the extender strap from my bra!

Erm... Christmas NSV??? I'm typing and I get distracted by a huge bump on my arm from the corner of my eye. I look down and notice I actually have wrist bones. Sweet!! What a great way to award me for eating so much garbage this last few days!! :-P

Been feeling "hefty" lately. Haven't worked out since pneumonia last October. Been thinking about going back. Trying to walk more, work out my arms, just in my daily routine. Even though I feel like jabba the hut, I guess I don't look it. Had someone who sees me once a week, say you're looking good, you've kept your weight off.  I'll take that as an NSV!!

NSV!!! I went for a walk with the (VERY active) dog this morning and we jogged a bit of the time!! I'm so thrilled with this!

Another NSV today! My waist is down 5 inches since jan 5! was trying to order a dress online. couldn't figure out what size to get so I measured my waist...shocked!

NSV- caught a guy checking me out today...felt like I was in my 30s again

NSV-Passed my Drivers License (fictitious!) weight about 25 lbs ago! Woot!

NSV: needed a shirt pronto someone was at the door or something and I grabbed a camisole, when I checked later it belongs to my 13yr old (and she  is not husky sized lol) score !

NSV: yesterday a business man came into to see one of the bosses. He gave me a candy bar first and then the paperwork. I said I would be sure to give to supervisor. he says no candy is for you. I said its ok, he was , NO ITS FOR YOU. I said thank you , that I had had weight surgery so I tend to stay away from candy. He looked at me up and down and said you don't need surgery (probably didn't understand what I had said).  It's nice knowing that I look fit enough to where I would not need one, lol. Working out 25 out of 31 days definitely helps!

NSV!!! I'm not at goal weight yet but I made it to my goal jeans size!!

EEEEEEEK, I bought a pair of size 4 jeans.....and they fit! Love the NSV's!

NSV today: Had someone at a meeting ask me if I was new, even though she'd actually seen me at these meetings over the past few years. Did not recognize me at all!

Three NSVs - 1. my bra is to big for me... 2. I bought a lower body shaper back in 2011 for my sister's wedding - it took her and my mom helping me into it to pull it up in the back. I can now do it all on my own and it stays up! 3. I can rub my own back thank you very much

Feeling sassy and perky in my first ever Victoria's Secret Bra! Lovin' the NSV!

Cleaned my closet over the weekend to get ready for Fall. Well, now I either have to go shopping--(which I hate unless it's for fishing tackle) or I have to remain in my PJs for the winter. None, and I do mean none, of my winter clothes fit to where I would wear them outside of the house. I guess this is a NSV, but it's upsetting. I really have some beautiful Fall and Winter clothes from when I used "high end" entertain with John and his diamond jewelers' circle. How times are "achanging". Moving on isn't always all smiles and sunshine, I guess, but moving on is what I am determined to do.
