Earned 310 extra cal B/scrambled egg, chdr chz, 1/2 mini plan bagel, coffee w/creamer & splenda s/EAS Premium Protein/Choc, 1c 2% milk, s/ff French Vanilla Yogurt 1/2c, 1/8c Grape nuts L/Immitation crab salad w/noodles (mayo & relish) Bad on calories but oh it tasted soooo good! s/dorritros cool rch chips (snack size) D/Repeated lunch:drool: s/Big Train Mocha Cappuccino Mix w/cold coffee, 20 carb choc. chips (homemade frap :blush:) Went over my expected calories for the day (1200 + 310 = 1,510) over by 587 Can't do so many noodles next time:blushing:

    Not sure if you like oatmeal, but I recently saw a recipe for an smoothie that looked super thick. It was made with a ripe frozen banana (sliced), cooked oatmeal, yogurt, and almonds. I imagine the banana and oatmeal would work pretty well with the PB2. You could try starting with the frozen banana, cooked oatmeal (1/4-1/2 cup), PB2, protein powder, and a splash of milk and blend everything together. You can add more milk if needed, a little at the time, until you get the right consistency. If you don't like oatmeal, just adding the frozen banana and less milk will give it a thicker consistency. I use frozen fruit in most all of my smoothies and they are usually the consistency of a milkshake. You can even make banana ice cream by blending a ripe frozen banana and little to no milk....it is seriously like eating ice cream and the best part is that it is super healthy!

    Yesterday B- coffee, 2 sausages L- 4 oz. vanilla greek yogurt w/ 3 tsp. peaches and handful of p-nuts D- nachos (Football game, homecoming) S- small bag of chips there are so many good recipes :drool:on here, I might start to cook more.

  14. so it's not me?? i'll stick w/greek yogurt, which i stocked up on yesterday & tossed the carbmaster. banded in ohio, when my calories dropped under 1000 - i didn't lose. i'm decently active, i'd try to encorporate some exercise and play around w/your calories/food choices???? got a fill yesterday - b- raspberry carbmaster l- tortialla soup d- tortialla soup s- lemon italian ice
  15. bella--everyday is different for me. I try to eat until I feel full but not stuffed. Sometimes a few bites will do it. Other days I think I can eat a horse. b-lc slim fast s-greek yogurt vanilla l-spicy tai tuna 3/4 c d-1/2 tuna sandwich s-ww ice cream

  19. San Diego Mom - Welcome back to the land of the filled! I am actually thinking I might need an unfill - not PB'ing but there is pain and not really able to eat (or very little of) meat, then I feel hungry and since I've been in a bad trend lately - I'm eating bad stuff that will go right through. I was kind hoping it was due to stress and TOM but still feel off/tight! Will call office in am. (24 hr+ day) Today: B: 3 oz. ff greek yogurt, 2/3 papaya - felt it for sure S: chocolate - easter candy needs to go bye! L: tried 1 oz deli meat (first turkey - ouch, then ham less ouch) guacamole made w/ 1/3 avocado S: veggies straws and more chocolate :crying: D1: lite muscle milk chocolate shake D2: had a couple bites chicken rissotto, babybel cheese S: will be: have some more guac. and some veggies

    February 25, 2010 7am: Coffee & milk 9am Greek non fat plain yogurt with 2 tablespoons of flax seed. 10.30 8oz no sugar cranberry juice & 32oz water 11.30 cup of fresh strawberries 1pm 2 eggs scrambled on a 100 calorie whole grain thin bread. 2.30pm juice of 4 lemons & 32 oz water 4pm 2 pretzles 1 glass white wine 5pm 1 square of blue cheese & 2 crackers 5.30pm 4oz orange roughy steamed with onion & roasted red pepper.
  21. i was at the grocery store and saw the hummus think i want to try it whats a good one and what do you eat it with. well i had to go back and get half a unfill i feel much better and hungry some but, i have to work on the self disipline part alot more. gonna just take it one day at a time. 4oz s/f,f/f pudding w/mashed kiwi 4oz vanilla yogurt med. coffee w/milk, splenda 4oz mashed chix salad 16oz lemon water

When I get home all good eating habits are out the window! yesterday: B: 1/2 packet of cream of wheat, 3 strips turkey bacon s: yogurt L: lean cuisine chicken carbonara (this made me realize i am having issues with pasta now ) s: 100 cal pack of pnut butter cheese crackers D: nachos - baked tostitos, about 2 oz ground beef, shredded cheese, lettuce, salsa, spoonful of sourcream s: 3/4 of a hershey bar - that was the last one so i shouldnt have this problem anymore! D2: little piece of baked tilapia workout: none...again...sooo lazy of me! hey Slim-n-Tn! I went and bought those cocoa roasted almonds that you munch on and they are awesome!!! gives me my little chocolate fix :mad2: THANKS!!

    I had coffee and a banana for breakfast. For lunch, I'm having butter lettuce wraps with lean ham, a bit of cheese, and some mustard. I will have edemmame for a snack. Dinner is stuffed cabbage (cabbage, a bit of brown rice, lean hamburger, and bell pepper topped with a tomato and sour cream sauce (just a tiny bit of sour cream in the sauce) with chopped apples sprinkled on top.) I eat just one of those. I usually have the same thing for breakfast every day. I eat a lot of salads, lettuce wraps, Vietnamese salad rolls, light soups with lots of veggies, sirlion steak with a light marinade and roasted veggies etc... For snacks, I eat veggie sticks with a low fat yogurt ranch, edemmame, fruit, and on occasion chips with100 calorie pack of guacamole. If I go out, it is usually to get a veggie and black bean bowl at Chipotle. I eat 1/2 and save the other 1/2 for the next day. Sometimes I have Wendy's chili.
