Good morning all, I just wanted to share how I was feeling this morning and get some feed back for you guys. I am 30 days post-op and I have only lost 16.4 lbs. last week I didn't loose anything. So most of my weight lost came during the first 2 weeks! I was sure that I would have lost more by now. What am I doing wrong? OK - MOnday start of new week.... I am setting my scale aside because it is crushing my spirits. I got on today and it said.. 167 - So NO more scale for a week and we will see what happens. Upping H2O, protein and lowering carbs to see it I can get this going. I was so close to goal before... GRRRRR. Strange thing is my cloths actually feel like they fit better than 2 weeks ago

Still stalled around the same weight since 7/17 keep bouncing around thru 2lbs up and down. My body was stuck at this weight for a long time and I'm really learning why I never could stick to a "diet" before. I could never outlast the stalls and my body must be super weight loss resistant!

I need more structure with eating on the weekends. I never make my calorie goals and forget to eat most of the time. During the work week I have a schedule during the weekend everything is out of whack.

Can't seem to budge. It's been three weeks of no progress at all. Just got to Dallas yesterday and will be here for a week without a scale. Maybe I can break my scale addiction LOL! I've only lost 6.5 lbs since January 1st.

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill on a 3.0 incline on 3 mph for 20 minutes to make up for the 1/2 bag of Welch's Fruit Snacks I ate instead of eating a real lunch. I dont' know what happened. I just needed something sweet and fruity and there they were.

so I have figured out. I stall a day after my period for about a week and when I ovulate for about a week. Then the weight seems to fall off. I don't change what I eat. Go figure.

Just had my first piece of pineapple since my surgery. Jesus that was the best thing I've ever tasted! Plus, I get to have salad this week too! I'm moving up in the world!!!!

Gonna bump it another week, Cobra payment not processed, shoulda follwed up last week, Dad in town, totally FLIPPED out and flipping me out, I could force the sugery today, but gonna bump a week, that way I only have 1.5 weekends of my festival job left and not 2.5-less chance of issues. My BFF says I am 'sabotoing' it-no, I am really concerned about my job/health so soon after surgery. Plus, I didn't eat pre-op the way I was supposed to this weekend!! One week, just one more week!

66 days out - or 9 1/2 weeks - 46 lbs down - who knew. I feel good just thinking i am eating less then i did in the beginning. Thats not a bad thing just wondering if its normal.
