  4. Love & Light sleeve sisters! Well I'm not excatly sure how, but I gained 2.4 lbs this week. I cannot pin point exactly what I did differently. I have a feeling it may be I haven't drank enough water. So, I will up the water intake and off to losing again. Keep your heads to the sky and know that you are on the right track so don't look back!

  5. Looking forward to losing more weight. Been a little stall, but I am working to get all the needed nutrition in each day. The incisions are almost completely healed now. Amazing!! I have lost 26 pounds.

  6. on vacation in Japan.. i have a feeling that this week will not be a 'losing' week! but i'm having fun and eating the best foods on earth!!! just not very much of them!!! :)

  8. I am so excited. I decided not to weigh myself for a couple of weeks and have lost 6 more pounds so I have now lost 80 pounds. I put a few new pics up.

  10. Finally got to go swimming yesterday, i was so happy I stayed in the pool 3 hours! I am burnt to a crisp and sooooo sore, but hey, it was a good workout though!! I think i may take my one day off tonight. Happy (hopeful) weigh in tomorrow.

  12. I bought a new scale yesterday...man what a difference. I am now down 18 lbs. I start my two week pre-op diet Monday.

  13. Wow, it's Thursday. Tomorrow is my EGD and Monday is Pre-op Teaching. Surgery less than 3 weeks away. I can't believe it is so close.

  15. Do I really have to go back to "reality" next week? I wanna stay and keep researching!

  16. Just 2 days left for research. :( I'm running out of time. I need another week at New England Historic Genealogical Society! There's still way too many things on my "to do" list! Time to make some cuts I suppose... We have the "closing" banquet tonight - I'm tempted to skip it and keep researching!

  18. My doctor wants me to go on all clears until next week- clears??? OH GOD. And he just called in a stronger nausea medication for me... How am I gonna get in my protein? Will I be ok????

  19. Full liquids? It is like heaven after 2 weeks of chicken broth!!! Bah da ta da... I'm luv'n it.. LOL

  20. so, i'm sooooo careful about charting my weight daily and looking back over the last 4 weeks i've realized that i lose the most on Sunday and Monday, which coincide with the huge amount of dancing i do on Saturday night into Sunday morning... but for the days i'm just walking... zip!! SO... from now on i'm going to forget about walking... it uses a lot of time for very few calories burned... instead i'm going to focus on higher intensity aerobic exercise!!!

  21. my doctor told me not to do any muscle work for 3 months... but i have been trying to tone the tons of muscle i already had from before... oh can i feel it when i do!! I think that's why my weight coming off so slowly.. burning fat but rebuilding muscle!!

  23. Day 4 of a 7 day work week. Why is it that people don't understand that you really ought to be kind to your hotel staff....we do, afterall, have control over your rates and accomodations. Just throwing that out there..

  24. I'm pushing my morning runs to 6x per week now. Gotta keep those calories out and keep it moving!! I looovvveeee the way it feels when you push your body to the limits and know that you CAN DO IT!!! A fit healthy body and a strong mind - it's what I'm about! :)
