im stalled at 235....ugh!!!. 10 more to hit my -100lbs!

Pre-op appt cancelled until tomorrow. It is all good because I have been home for 3 days with flu like symptoms.

8 weeks post op total weight loss 26 pds feels like im hitting a stall im on reg food but very difficult i eat with pain im on carafate to help doct said give it a few more weeks gi test showed gastritis i will proceed with faith and optimism !!!

Starting the countdown for the surgery...started my 2 week pre-op diet

I am finding myself heading into depression! I have not lost any more weight since I came home from the hospital which was 8/12. I am doing everything that I am supposed to do. I was under the impression that I would loose a couple of pounds every week. I'm starting to think I did all of this for nothing!

A question for 3+ year sleevers. Are you still happy you're sleeved?

I don't think my body got the memo...I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST LOL!!!! I need to send it a message. For the next week, back to basic: Five protein shakes and a lean meal + 1 1/2 hour exercise. Time to get things rolling again!

Finally broke my 1 month stall! Down 94 lbs...6 lbs to GOAL!!!

Kinda bummed out because I've only lost 2 pounds in the last few weeks. But getting lots of compliments so that helps.

Has anyone had soreness on their left side(surgery side) after doing weights? I just started doing weights 2 weeks ago at the gym and I seem to be sore all the time now.

So if I get up and get on the scale and it's 3 lbs down from last night's, and it's below 200, does that count? lol... I know, keep on keeping on and doing what I'm doing, but so close/for so long!

59 pounds gone in 3 1/2 months....SO close to 60! I treated myself to some new clothes this weekend! :-)

Hey Dorrie, thank you for your kind words on Capt Derel's post, thought I would reply here cos I don't wanna hi-jack his thread...lol! I would love to lose another 14lbs or so, or be a UK12. I am a UK 14 now and it isn't as tight as it was a few mths ago! I haven't measured for a while, but I don't 'feel' any different. I am having fits and starts with frustration about this stall at the moment... even considering buyin a new scales...lol! Hope you...

Just feeling so depressed and overwhelmed. Surgery is on May3. Scared I have made the wrong choice. Scared to death I will have complications from going from a band to a sleeve. Scared my stomach wont heal and I will get a leak. My doctor requires a 7 day liquid diet before surgery so I am on day #3. I am hungry and worried think my nerves are starting to get the best of me : (

Today I gained 3 lbs since a couple of days ago! I expect to fluctuate at lease 1 to 2 lbs, but 3? Shocked.....

So tired but so excited for another dance competition tomorrow! For all the family and friends that would like to see the kids dance. The competition is at Bonneville High School in Ogden at noon. It should be done by 3 so it would be quick! Let me know if you are able to come! They would love to have the support!

Hope your surgery went great and I'm sure your getting good care. We're you able to get the robotic surgery? I no its hard but just remember to sip...it gets easier everyday <3

WOW It's Thursday??? Another week flying by...OMGOSH 6 more working days!!!! yahoo!

So as this week is half way over an I can say I'm doing good on this Pre op diet. Just starting to get nervous about surgery on Monday

Having a rough week and it's only Tuesday!

I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet and I have already lost 4lbs!! I'm actually doing pretty well...3 days left!
