Great day--3 days post-op and 1 day out if hospital. Glad to be here at VST

Well I finally recovered my "Before" photo that magically disappeared from my profile! What a pain that was. Maybe now I will be able to post an even better "After" photo in a couple more weeks! Here's hoping!

Today is the 1-year anniversary of my surgery. I am glad that I made the decision. I had a great surgeon, my surgery went well and I have had reasonably good results. So far, I have lost approximately 134lbs. Within a week of my surgery, I was able to go off of my high blood pressure medicine. My blood pressure is now normal. Overall, I really feel so much better than I did a year ago today.

one week post-op and I got my staples and drain out- feeling good- 18 lbs lost!

So excited....just got my tentative surgery date....3/26/13......new beginnings date as I see it.

This month was not as successful as I'd like I've gone from 159 to 156 back to 159lbs THREE TIMES! I'm tired of losing the same 3 lbs. Has this happened to anyone else?

O.K. so it seems that I am losing about 1 kg a week. FYI 1 kg euqals 2.2 lbs. I think I can live with this.

Excited.. 3 days left!! Ready to be on looser's side!

Finally got my surgery date! March 6th 2013 Start my 2 week liquid diet february 20th. So nervous about that. Just from the diet plans the nutrionist has me on I have lost 16 pounds and feel great. I cant wait for the next chapter in my life to begin.

I have 3 weeks of tracking to do... i hate procrastinating

Logging all my food and hitting Crossfit every day this week. I hate putting in effort and seeing scale not move. Plateaus suck #whine

day 3 home and 5 days out from surgery! Feeling good, each day able to drink more liquids, and still working on protien, Yay! This is the best day yet only can get better

Super long week ahead!! Going away with the hubby tonight and wont be back till tomorrow night. I am looking forward to that! He knows how to make me laugh and I need that right now. This is going to completely kill my strict eating plan but oh well lol!! I wish you all a great weekend ( KISSES)

So I had to lose 20lbs in 3 months as of now I'm down 12... I didn't even really work for those 12 but I'm glad they're gone... Hmmm now I have to quit smoking ... 3 more pounds and I'm in the 2's!!!

27 days post op - finally started feeling good again this week!

21 lbs down! Finally out of a stall...3 weeks and 2 days out!

Day 3 Pre-Op Diet down almost 6lbs! This week has been relatively easy. I hope the weekend is just as painless!

The stall from HELL has broken!

4 weeks out today! 20 lbs and 23.5 inches lost! I think my sleeve is my new best friend!!!

5 little scars,4 liters of pee,3 bags of saline,2 hours of sleep, and a brand new surgically sleeved me!!!
