I spent 10 minutes doing Pilates. 31 calories burned.

10 days to surgery, and all is well.

17 pounds down from liquid diet, and another 10 since surgery, 27 all together.. Yay.

Wahoo! Down to 208# this morning, 10 days post op. Day of surgery the scale read 213,with my starting weight at 220.0 2 weeks prior to that. My Nov. 18th doctor's appt had me at 223.9 with an all time high of 267.

Well Today I had sign my consent forms for my lapband surgery I am getting banded on January the 28th Yeaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!! My day is almost here I will start my liquid diet on January the 18th Pre Op after my 10 days I will have my surgery I will post a new photo of me on Feb 14th 2011

The12 days of FB: 12 blank screens .....11 locked up links ....10 games not working .....9 days of screaming ....8 posts not posting ....7 emails complaining ...6 cigs a smoking ...5 salty tears ......4 thousandgone ...3 broken mice ...2 therapists ....and a programmer hanging froma treeeeee !!!!! Couch to5k-Week 8 Day1 -Brisk five-minute warmup walk, then jog 2.75 miles (or 28 minutes). 10 mins Elliptical. Upper body weights for 10 mins. Abs.

all my friends/classmates are having babies...O.oYeah, i am gonna wait 10 years before I even think about that.

Seems like things are moving so slowly. After seeing the surgeon and having the scope done, we were referred to his bariatric center but could not get in until 10/13/11. I made contact with the nurse navigator and she gave me a list of things we could take care of before our appointments. So all medical records have been sent, psy testing done, yearly physical and testing completed. My dr. tested my V-D level to find I was very low. Will start 12.00 iu once a week to be good by surgery. day.

is now seeking recommendations for increased energy throughout the day. I sleep 8-10 hours a night, I exercise daily, and I take my vitamins, but I'm still sooo tired. What gives?

5 days into my pre-op diet and have lost 10 lbs!

Starting an hour later than I wanted...but we're off.... Boy this is going to be a LONG 10 1/2 hour drive.

Woo hoo! I'm down 22 pounds since starting this journey. 2.5 lbs more and I'll have lost 10% of my weight!

I am determined to take this 6 month supervised nutrition program seriously. Started 12 days ago and down 10 pds!!! 50 more to go...

thanx alex i just dont know were to start sending threads from and what to do i i had my band back in december 2007 at derby general and it is april know so far i have only lost 10 kg and i have had my first fill too which is still loose i think now and again i feel as if some thing is stuck in my throat how long does it ake to shif the weight i have about 10 stones to go
