Down 38 pounds (6 weeks).....84 to go!!

Two weeks vacation!!! Happy dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Plateau for weeks, now I was 199.2 Tuesday, 198.6 Wed, 197.8 Thursday!! Odd, but I am not complaining!

Just wanted to say "HI!"...still confined to a recliner with feet propped up on 3 pillows 24 hours a day(doctor's orders). Post op was rough for first few days. Have missed being here...b back soon!

sooooo frustrated I have to loose 17 pounds before I can get scheduled for surgery So now I am going to start the opti fast early does anyone know how much weight can be loss on opti fast within a week

going on 6 weeks completely plateau-d. Hopefully seeing my nutritionist next week, but this weekend - VEGAS!

Trying to keep the weight off! Turns out that I have a bulging disk and it is creating drop foot. More testing next week!

On week 8 and only 4 weeks to go until I finish my class requirements for surgery!! Yay!!

2 lbs away from onederland. Probably take me a week but do I care? I do not!

Busy week, I tore apart a long dock, helped unload and move long poles and hauled much lumber manually, and helped buld a boat house. The Florida sun is blazing hot, I jumped in the lake today...felt pretty good. I am getting quite a tan. Debbie has noticed.

Finally a week out and able to start full liquids. Had some tomato soup today with basil and it was .... AWESOME. Just what I needed mentally to keep going.

Week 1 post op and 9lbs down

Down 2 lbs this week, looks like the stall is over!

1 month out today. I lost 32 pounds in first 2 weeks but nothing since. I am still super happy though and I know I will start losing again.

Excited today and nervous it is getting close. Today I start my 2 week diet and I got the wrong protein shake soooo I haveto go back to Walmart on my lunch break to get the correct one. I feel ok just having a hard time drinking all this water. sip sip sip.

Today is my 6 week anniversay, and the scale has once again been barely moving over the last 5 days...

One week post op today - baby steps!

20 pounds away from my goal weight! One year Anniv next week! I'm on track and I feel amazing! LISTEN, you will run into weight loss stalls! DOn't get alarmed. The moment you start eating meat again, weight stall. And every so often (more often than not) weight stall. I would go weeks without weight loss. And then all of a sudden I'd drop 3-5 pounds. The weight will come off. Be patient!! But keep in mind, once you start eating meat, exercise will help spee...
