Well by the end of last week I lost those two pounds. I think I may stall or lose slow over the nest couple of weeks before my secret weapon arrives. Also, my PCP doc is having me come in for some testing. I may have low T. If so she may prescribe a topical treatment. That will hyper-accelerate fat loss but preserve all of my lbm. I'll wait on that because I don't really want 240lb of lean mass.

I hit my three-week stall. Actually gained two pounds. Not even discouraged. I may lose those by weeks end. No pun intended but I'm looking at the big picture. In time I'll be right where I need to be.

I'm okay... tired!! Been working too many extra hours at work for the last 3 weeks... I need to go eat!!!

Did ya bust through your stall? I figure if there ever is a stall revert to a full liquid diet for a couple of days and see if that kick-starts some more losing! Keep up turning your Wishes into Reality!!!

Hey cass! my psych eval isn't until october 18, lk a week after my 5 month appt, im sure it'll be here before i knw it. after my psych appt i only have one more appt left and then i send everything in. im so excited!!!! the dctr im going to c is Janelle Coughlin, she's at Bayview. so it's like 5 minutes from my house. ashley told me about the nightmare of them not sending in your paperwork late!

Hi Hopeful. Well it is all starting to come fast now. Yesterday, I was shocked to realize I had one week until pre-op liquids. I have been very busy lately also. My sister had her lower leg amputated on Thursday (diabetes) and I am the only family in the area so I have been at the hospital a lot. My son may be up at Harvard for a debate tournament in Feb so maybe we can meet!

Hi Tabbi! I got my referral in April, and had surgery in August. I think you can make the process go a little faster, if you are aggressive and make all your appointments back to back. I was driving down to Ft. Carson (45 min!) twice a week in June to try to get everything done. As soon as they start putting referrals in the system, you can schedule them: wellness (2x), psych (3x), nutrition (3x)

I have been seeing Dr. Posner at Kaleida. Based on what they have told me the approval shouldn't be an issue. BMI of 40, sleep apnea, hypertension, pre-diabetic, i'm sure you are familiar.
