I have my post op instructions but I wana know what did yall do post op the first 2 weeks? What did you drink and how much? Just wondering. My day is coming soon and im starting to get really excited and I cry everytime I think about my new life. I love you guys for your yalls help with everything..

Scales are bullshit. Want to throw mine out the window. Southbeach all week, walked 3x. Gained .8 lbs. Yay. No wonder I need #wls #vent

Heartbroken, sad and devistated. The love of my life just ended our relationship. My heart hurts. But, I've lost 3 pounds in the last few days because of the drama and arguing. Trying to see the silver lining isn't really working out...I tried though.

5 weeks out down 30lbs since surgery, and 45 total! :-)

Today marks 3 months since my surgery and I'm down 50.4 pounds as of this morning!

This could be the week I enter ONEderland!!!!

Well, yesterday was my 3 month surgeversary! I can't believe how awesome my sleeve has been, and how much I've changed. To celebrate yesterday, I went to Zumba class and had a beautiful healthy brunch with the love of my life. All of my friends, and family have been so supportive. My son even came to me this morning and asked if he could go work out with me. I'm so proud and so happy. I hope all the new sleevers have as much success and victory's as I have had. 70 pounds g...

1 week follow up with my surgeon this morning! I'm down 24.5 pounds!!!

3 months ago today my new life began and today I am 56 pounds lighter!

Starting my 2 week pre op diet tomorrow. A lil scared, but mostly excited to get started on my journey!

Question about exercising? This is my second week back at the gym and I feel my stomach hurting. LIke a cut when you pour water on it. Is this normal anyone else feel the same?

Well, I believe I may have it my first stall. Haven't loss any weight in 3 weeks and acutally gained a pound last week. Still holding on to it to. This is an awful feeling. So scared because I have so much more to go and I fear this may be the end of the fantasy phase. Terrified!!

Two weeks completed and starting my third week. This week I started running! For years I have just walked and a little voice said, "Run"...and my journey began. Who knew?

I am a 1/2 marathon finisher!!! I can't believe I made it the whole 13.1 miles in 3 hours and 25 minutes!

on the Biggest Loser they lose 70 pounds in 3 weeks. It took me 3 months.

6.9 pounds to goal... these last 10 are the hardest ever! I am low carbin it this week. Lots of water and protein to try to jump start this!

I'm doing better. I'm feeling good enough to start being grouchy. hahaha. I'm have a Picc line for intravenous antibiotics for the next 2 weeks. Yuck. BUT I have lost 30 pounds. sigh. hahahaha

That is great!!! I am donig well. how much are you eating in one meal? im eating about 3-4 oz, probably could eat more :/

hi Orangina, My Insurance approved me the same day, Oxford Freedom, I don't know your insurance but they usually can get approval fast if your bmi is 40 or above. Today I started my modified fast. 3 protein shakes and a low fat meal. really not so bad. The protein I'm using is not so great. The one you had sounds good, maybe I'll check out gnc tomorrow. thanks for the tip.

Hi MeMeMee - How are you doing this week? I'm having trouble getting all of my protein in. I can't go to bed until like 10pm because I have to stay up and drink some Unjury Chicken soup broth for the rest of my protein for today. Vitamins are sucking too. I'm only getting in 3 of the 5 I'm supposed to be taking. Let me know how you are doing so I don't feel so friggin alone.

I want to meet Hector! Sally is about 9 weeks old now a real spitfire she's a Manx? Tailless. No one claimed her so much to my husband's horror we now have 5 cats!
