I have been cleaning out my sewing area............ it'a huge NSV to have this kind of energy after working out and then working all day. I've already found several lost treasures!

More NSV - Jeans I haven't been able to wear since LAST fall are now comfortable on the verge of loose. Soft foods are harder than I expected, so still slogging away with the shakes for protein, but it's nice to have variety. My kinesiology student daughter is developing a workout plan for me LOL.

some time ago I had posted an NSV where a ring my husband gave me on our 10th anniversary finally fit again. Now I can wear it on the right hand. it is a thick ring (a picture in my gallery I think). 6 months ago I couldn't wear it at all. I am so pleased.

So after a whirlwind trip to visit two families in another state for Xmas, we finally got home today. Whenever we leave Arizona, our first meal back is always Mexican (since all the other states around have trash Mexican food). After dinner I got a wild hair and we stopped by DXL. Now I was always on the very low end for pants there (I have no assatall), so I didn't even bother to look at pants... I'm pretty sure I have to shop in regular stores for those now. What I did NOT expect was going from a 3XT to a plain jane 1X! Major NSV for me... I can now shop in "regular" stores - at exactly one month post op!!

I've decided on a new highly specific NSV goal after attending a concert last nite: would like to be small enough that a man lets me sit on his shoulders at a show. Just for one song! Maybe the slow song. Highly specific. But it's going to happen one day.

NSV this weekend...a yoga pose that wasn't possible a year ago with body shape/size is now accessible. WOOT!

NSV: my workout leggings no longer curl around my cancankles, I can wear a tie back dress, there is some slack now.

NSV? Lost and caught: So there I was--surf fishing (my favorite thing among all things)--standing on the beach in my old, way too loose sweat pants and surf shoes when my lines went "zzzzziiiiiiinnnnnggggg!!!!!" (really big fish on the hook and taking my line). I yanked the rod, fish lurched deeper into the ocean--pulling me in. There I was knee deep--my now water soaked sweats (now way too big since weight loss) down around my knees. What happened? I caught a forty four inch striped bass and lost my pants. I never felt the least bit embarrassed. I was feeling way to joyful, not only for catching a nice fish, but for losing enough weight to lose my pants in the process! I guess it's a good thing I wore my new baby blue undies that day. smile emoticon I was the only woman surf fishing that day and all of the guys were good spirited about the whole experience and attempted to save my "dignity" Ha! I had just out fished all of them!!!!! Joy, joy,

My first pair of birthday shoes came in the mail today! and NSV, they are NOT wide width. Joy Joy Happy Happy!

Get a load of the After pic.....I actually need a belt and suspenders to keep my pants up......What a NSV. LOL

Went to Renaissance Festival, walked around for 4 hours and only had to sit and rest twice, and that's cause it was muggy out. NSV!

Still stuck at 165 - I am going to mix up my work-ups this week. Usually work out before work at 6:00 am - this week moving work outs to 6:00 pm - let's see if that changes anything. Has an awesome NSV this week - bought a pair of size 29 waist jeans... looked to small till I got them on!

I wanted to share some NSV with my VST friends and family -- first of all I don't need to use a seat belt extended on JetBlue flights! I have four seat belt extenders and will try and fly all airlines so I can announce my seat belt extender days are OVER!

NSV...Just because I can get a size 12 buttoned and zipped up, does NOT mean I should actually wear them in public!

So I stuck with m y routine today and did 30 on my elliptical. I really kicked butt and when I was done I was so out of breath I had to lean against my wall. Total NSV: I could feel my hip bones and ribcage against the wall and my waist did not touch!!!

My first NSV today, my sons football coach asked me If I have lost weight it was nice to get a compliment so early.

First NSV, which actually involves my scale. I officially way something less than "ERR"! I'm a real number!

NSV! Got into a size 14 pants today! Not 14W but a regular size 14!!! Was wearing a 16W so this is awesome!!

Have gone from a XX sweatshirt to size small, couldn't beleive it was mine when I just fold my laundry! Love NSV!

Painful NSV, such a nice weekend, wore shorter shorts, a smaller top and got sunburned, never had one before

Awesome NSV's this weekend!! 1. I fit into one of my goal dresses!! Not the ultimate, but one of my stepping stone dresses!! 2. I was able to buckle my seatbelt w/no problem and had to tighten it w/lots of the belt left hanging out! What a great feeling! Loving my band! Pix are up if interested! =D

Glad to hear that you're doing so great! My second fill went well too. Turns out that I actually had 2 ccs in from when they primed at the surgery, which is why it was so tight with the extra 3 ccs. Now I have a total of 3 ccs and I feel a littled restriction too. I'm still eating less than before surgery, but I'm looking forward to even more restriction. I'm down a total of 39, so I'm happy with that. I was great with walking and working out in the beginning, but the last month has been hard. I'm going on vacation next week and plan to do a ton of walking!! How about you? I'm so excited that I'm just starting to fit in non-plus sized clothes. What a NSV!! Looking forward to hearing about your progress!!!

O...M...G... Awesome NSV that I have to share here. (I feel bad talking to my friends about these things) I bought some cute tops from Torrid coz they were on sale. I'm usually a 3 or 4 in their stuff, so I bought all 2's for motivation thinking they'd be too small, but they weren't! They fit perfectly and I was excited. Then I tried on a pair of denim leggings that I bought before surgery, I couldn't pull them past my thighs at the time, tonight they fit and I just about died!
