Wow..time is flying by. It has been 12 weeks(3months) and I am down 39lbs. This is amazing. I am at 200.4...can you believe I am about to say GOOD BYE TO THE TWO'S and enter ONDERLAND for life! first post op appointment with my doctor today! one week out. he said i am doing great. I feel great! I lost 11 lbs (5kgs) woohoo! *doing a happy dance*

I am 5 weeks post op and sooo close to moving out of a 50 BMI! Only 0.3 Lbs to go.

Gained half a pound this week. Really need to get back on track. I did walk 14.5 miles total this week, so maybe I am building muscle. But I do need to make healthier food choices

Stopped weighing myself till next week seeing the scale stopped moving. It's that time of the month and I don't want to get angry at my scale this time, hee hee

My one week surgiversary is today! Honestly, I never thought I'd start feeling better so quickly!!!

Two weeks out today! Two weeks into my new life. Feeling much better the last few days. Getting 72 grams protein a day and atleast 50 ounces of water. you were all right! It does get easier!

Ok Im down to 10 days can you believe it. Im getting so excitied.. I just ordered my bodymedia from costco, going grocery shopping this week. It's cominggggggg

Anyone have a suggesions for a successful two weeks before surgery? I've been awake the last two nights thinking how I should prepare. Eating wise, water, vitamins, anything will help. january 5th is right around the corner. Oh and what did you wear in the hospital? PJ pants? Or are they too restrictive cuz of the tummy? I bought a gown and looking for slippers.

My surgery date did have to be moved to December 27! On the bright side, I will not be in recovery mode on Christmas Day. What is one more week?

One week out, and I have NO problems with liquids. I still feel exactly the same way I felt when I got "a stitch in my side". No nausea, just hard to bend over. My surgeon's delighted that I'm hydrated. I'm still tired, and I don't drive because of the pain meds (but I'm a wuss, so other folks would be off them long since). My goal is Saturday to be med free...

So I leave 3 weeks from tomorrow. I am down 12.5 pounds since I started my own version of a pre-op diet. Getting excited, have lots of Christmas parties this week and next (work and client related)... will try hard to stay focused. Would like to be down at least 15 by surgery date - Lol it just hit me that those 12.5 lbs are history, I will never so those again!

went to get my second fill it's been 4 weeks and I have lost 5 pounds, not to shabby.

I miss the days of seeing weight loss every week. Now at least I maintain, instead of gaining.

2 weeks until my bandiversary and 1 month until my 40th birthday. Down 93lbs and I haven't felt or looked this good ever! Feeling fabulous!

I was a little bummed that I did not lose any weight these past two even though I am at the gym 6 days a week and staying under 1200 calories. I have 6.5cc in my band and I am still getting a litte hungry but I will keep pushing!!

Started Week 2 of Couch to 5K today.

Well, after 2 1/2 weeks of stomach pain, still no answers. Had barium swallow done band ok, had ultra sound to check gallbladder, nothing. Next up hydra scan....... Just want to go back to normal, anyone else had these issues?

Back at the office ...first time since tt surgery... feeling fine but tired.... good things its an easy week for the most part.

I spent the better part of 3 days this week, helping my grandma. You see I bought her a desktop computer for xmas. That is scary as it is, because I have just become Donna Hicks personal text support. So I spent one full day and a tank of gas to find her a new desk. Then ordered internet svc. The only thing that we needed someone else to do was get the desk from store and put it in the house and take the old one out.That was 2 days ago!!! I can't.
