Hopefully my LONG stall has broken!! Since surgery I've lost 40.2 Lbs. I hope the logging and eating plan continues. I will just keep on keeping on! Not only that I am officially now into 14/16 instead of a 22/24 when I started my pre-op diet. LG!! Now, on to that treadmill.

I made it through the first week in one piece; however my brain does ache a bit.

So before divorcing my scale, I'm going to try to let my obsession go and weigh once a week on Friday nights when I get off work. If he still lies to me then were having a serious one on one conversation

Almost 2 weeks post op and 25lbs of fat gone forever..... I am still trying to find foods that I can eat but its okay. I am going to love the newme2be. Hope everyone is doing well

Okay, 9 weeks out and 46 at last count. Scare I am not getting enough protien, feeling really tired all of the time. Go February 7th for my next post op surgery. Have lots of questions if any one has time to share please contact me.

...went back to work today at two weeks post-op. All went pretty well, except for the endless questions from my second graders. They didn't like my explaination of having surgery on my stomach. They wanted details! LOL

Thanks to all for your prayers..I am three days post op and know one could have told me three days ago that I would have just left from shopping in downtown /Tijuana. I am feeling a LOT better and will be flying home tomorrow. Thanks sisters for the support and love. I will keep you all posted!

Only lost .6 today....wondering if I am at the dreaded 3 week stall?

I has the gastric sleeve one week ago today. I'm still on total liquids and feel so freaking hungry.

Still on my 3 week stall. It's been 7 days and no weight loss.

back at work... kind of intense after 3 weeks off!

OMW I'm stuck in a rut folks... been in a stall for more than 2 weeks now. I'm seriously thinking it might be time to find a personal trainer and sign up at a gym...

I've been stalled for about 10 days now but it's still all good! I'm down 40 lbs that are never coming back. Now if I could only lose that 1lb to get out of the 200's!

Stalling again...thankfully I took measurements and can say that I am losing inches - so while the scale does not move, at least my tape measurer is!

Decided to increase my calories slightly for the next few days - week, and see what happens.

Today I am 1 week post-sleeve. And I am soo hungry. My blood sugar was 66, then 2hrs after broth still 66. See doctor tomorrow. Praying he lets me start on protein shakes. His office workers say my hunger is psychological but I think my low blood sugar backs me up. Any thoughts out there?

when I weighed in last week I was 374lbs, hopefully I have lost more weight this week .I will know 2morro when I weigh In..

Dr.s office has until 2 weeks to give me a date and then I become a PIA. Pain in the ass.
