Help I need sugestions on what to drink for my 2 week pre op

Just had my first fill today! 1lb weight loss in 2 weeks....blah!

I will be MIA for awhile... we totaled out with 3 deaths in my family in the past two weeks and I have decided to fall to statistics and get a divorce.. Hope all my friends continue doing well in their weight loss journey..

Good Morning all. I'm on track to be down another 2-3lbs this week. Not having any problems since my first fill. I'm trying to stay active these days and mix up my workout. I played tennis yesterday and it was fun, so that may be my summer sport of choice. The key is to watch what you eat and keep movin. I would like to take dance lessons like DWTS, it's working well for Kirstie. Have a great day everyone!!

should I buy like 3 bottles of each vitamin I need from random places or get 1 bottle of each from bariatric advantage for the same price? Hmmm. I think I need Calcium Citrate with D, Iron, B12, Multivitamin, Biotin... anything else?

I tried to get some ramen noodles last night. OMG, I can't eat those. Lesson has been learned:). I wasn't suppose to eat them anyway. I was starving. I was disgusted so I just didn't eat dinner. Eating 3 meals a day is hard for me and 2 snacks.

Eh, What a week!!!! I was riding an all time high zooming towards to my surgery date, until i ran face first into a glitch in my plan.... Now imagine this I am at pretesting waiting to meet my anesthesiologist and to get my blood drawn. I get my cpap machine on Friday and then I wear it for 2 weeks and then they download my chip and see if it helped my sleep apnea..after that there "suppose" to let my suregon know Im cleared for surgery.. im sure its all suppose to run smoothly but im sure it wont

Currently, I am 171 pds...I am 5' 10. My bandiversay is 3/28/08...My forth anniversay is approaching. I have maintained my weight very welll but I really need get healthier got to eat more protein....

Day 3 post op is a lot better. I'm not as gassy as I've been walking to keep the gas down. I also got some Maalox to help me a long the way. My primary pain is around my port area. I have also had some shoulder pain for which I believe I may have drink too fast.

Day 6..Im doing pretty good. Still on Stage 3 of the Liquid Diet and about 11lbs lighter so far. Im ready to start chewing. Thank you for all the support and tips.
