Last day of work for 6 weeks! A benefit to having surgery!

Another 3 pounds this week. Need to pinch myself, cant believe it just keeps coming off!

Got my date: June 6th!! Starting my 2 week pre op diet; FUN! Yay!!

Total lost this week.............. 6 pounds!!!!!!!! :) That makes -125 total!!!

is having the husband hide the scale for ONE week after her weigh in this morning =) I can see an obsession coming on. Especially being THIS close to Onderland.

Rocking me some size 10jeans and feeling GREAT! Though the darn scale has NOT moved all week!!!!! NOT GREAT!!!

Havent been to the gym in a week and a half and the luvly stall has set in

Getting kind of discouraged...haven't lost anything in like 5 days. I've only lost about 12 since surgery so I don't feel worthy of a 2-week stall but hopefully that's all this is. I really hope I haven't done all this for nothing!

I miss Codys boys this week. They took such good care of me after my surgery. My kids never even called.

Woohoo!! Week 2 post-op over.. and down 16 lbs!! week 1= -7.4 lbs.. week 2= -8.6 lbs

6 weeks today. a little more fitting in, still prefer liquid.... what a learning process

i am still at a stall .. I believe that its my meal plan ... I cannot consume carbs (at all)

So tomorrow is six weeks! YAY and according to my scale, I am down 40 pounds. I need to find more time to walk/exercise but with three kids and a fulltime job it is hard. On the up side, I am coaching my son's baseball team this summer so that will help A LOT!

Oh my aching body! Week 2 of training sessions - no scale movement yet - but can sure feel the pains of my labor!

SOOO--- YESTERDAY WAS ONE MONTH OUT AND REALLY FEELING LIKE I CAN DO THIS. I TRULY WAS NOT MENTALLY PREPARED FOR THE "LOSS" OF FOOD I FELT. I HAVE WORKED THROUGH IT AND HAD A LIGHT BULB MOMENT A WEEK AGO. I FINALLY REALIZED THAT I HAVE TO WORK WITH THIS SLEEVE AND NOT LET IT "GO TO WASTE". I KNOW THAT I DIDNT EAT ALL THOSE BIG MACS IN ONE DAY AND PACK ON THE POUNDS IN ONE DAY SOOO--- IT WILL NOT COME OFF IN ONE DAY!! AHA!!! I AM MAKING GOOD CHOICES AND WALK...

4 weeks today! Scars are almost gone!!! I just may wear a 2 piece someday! I am staying around 184 though iv gone from a 16 to a 12- my body is changing though not as big of a weight loss- thank you all for your support!!

Pre-op testing done. Three weeks until surgery.

Good morning all, I just wanted to share how I was feeling this morning and get some feed back for you guys. I am 30 days post-op and I have only lost 16.4 lbs. last week I didn't loose anything. So most of my weight lost came during the first 2 weeks! I was sure that I would have lost more by now. What am I doing wrong?
