  1. I don't think my body got the memo...I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST LOL!!!! I need to send it a message. For the next week, back to basic: Five protein shakes and a lean meal + 1 1/2 hour exercise. Time to get things rolling again!

  4. Has anyone had soreness on their left side(surgery side) after doing weights? I just started doing weights 2 weeks ago at the gym and I seem to be sore all the time now.

  5. Hey Dorrie, thank you for your kind words on Capt Derel's post, thought I would reply here cos I don't wanna hi-jack his thread...lol! I would love to lose another 14lbs or so, or be a UK12. I am a UK 14 now and it isn't as tight as it was a few mths ago! I haven't measured for a while, but I don't 'feel' any different. I am having fits and starts with frustration about this stall at the moment... even considering buyin a new scales...lol! Hope you...

  9. So as this week is half way over an I can say I'm doing good on this Pre op diet. Just starting to get nervous about surgery on Monday

  12. Today is the first day of my pre op diet. I can't believe that this time next week I'll be asleep on the OR table getting my new sleeve. It's going really well so far...for 12 hours in. LOL

  13. Feeling positive today. The scale hasn't moved in a few weeks but I know what I need to do. I am upping my protein and seeing how that affects it. Going out tonight and actually looking forward to socializing. It's a whole new me.

  15. Whay am I stalling so early in this process. Only 3 weeks out, and i keep bouncing between the same 3 pounds. UGhhh! HELP

  16. Still waiting...it's hard to get in contact with an actual person...but I think they see me on the caller ID and hide! I have contacted by phone and email about 5 times this week. I wish someone would tell me SOMETHING.

  17. Life in onederland has been wonderful! Been stalled at 171 for two and a half months now though....come on body, we can do this..just another 16 pounds!

  18. I have lost focus the past couple of weeks. I have been eating too many carbs and not focusing on my exercise. I need to get my butt back in shape to be able to make my goal that I have set for myself. This is my time and I will take the opportunity....so today is clear liquids

  21. I have SERIOUSLY committed to exercise. I have been on my eliptical in the mornings, and am taking 6 days a week. I want to get to GOAL.

  22. Today is 5 weeks post op.. i JUST COMPLETED MY FIRST 5K..AND DID IT UNDER 45 MIN!!!!!!!!!!!

  23. The BIG day is January 25th!! Woot!! =) One week from Wednesday!

  24. Dr Kelly is wonderful and I feel great 1 week post-op!
