I thought this was going to be really tough not eating "real food". This protein/clear liquids is not driving me nuts yet. My mind wants food when I cook for my lil girl and honey but I dont. Good thing cause my doc wants me doing it for 3 weeks. I guess its all worth it to watch those numbers on the scale keep dropping.

I had my surgery Tuesday.It went well.I am moving around to help move the gas.I have not had any nausea or vomiting.I am just a little sore.I have not taken any pain meds today.I go back to see my surgeon on Monday.This week is the clear liquid diet.

is having my first resturant outing. 3 weeks post ops. so nervous.

is offically on soft food.. i am three weeks post op.. I have gotten a little bit down today because I haven't lost any weight from week 2 to week 3. Feeling a little down.. but I will overcome this..

The girl scouts will be down at Lowes today. Selling cookies 11-3 come down if you want some! or if u ran out and want some more!!!

I am about to head out to Lapband support group meeting.Only 3 days left until I have my surgery.

Second fill coming in the next two weeks, I can't wait. :3)

Gonna Do Some Baking This Morning....Hope We Get The Van Back Today....We've Been A Week Without It.....

Only 5 more days until my surgery.I have all my pre and post op medications filled.Going this weekend to purchase food for week 1 post op diet and gas x strips.I will be attending a local support group Saturday morning.

3 months out from banding: -79 lbs!

Just got back home from church. Not ever letting the devil get the better half of me. Today's topic; Does god really care? Very good sermon glad I got up to make it to church after staying awake til 3:00 am. Well time to cook my dinner for my fam. Have a blessed and wonderful Sunday.

GRRRR I just tried to post a blog 3 times and it didn't work. Basically I'm 1 day post op and a lil scared of eating anything like pudding. I have been sipping my water and tea and broth and I'm not hungry but soooo thirsty. *sigh* Finally got my pain meds today after an ordeal with my insurance and the walmart. So I'm feeling a lil better now. I didn't realize how much this would hurt, lol.

Today will be a wonderful day. Why? It's my anniversary with the love of my life, Mr. Nick Lovejoy! I <3 you, lover!

Wahoo! Down to 208# this morning, 10 days post op. Day of surgery the scale read 213,with my starting weight at 220.0 2 weeks prior to that. My Nov. 18th doctor's appt had me at 223.9 with an all time high of 267.

20.7 pounds down in just under 3 weeks!

5 weeks post off from my lap band surgery, and down 30 pounds. I go for my first fill Friday!

Meeting my online band buddy after 3 months chatting online & daily e-mails .. should be fun.

Heading to the hospital to get carved like a Thanksgiving turkey. Pre-op weight was 199!! I never thought I'd see a 1 as first digit of my weight. (well with a 3 digit weight at least)

The12 days of FB: 12 blank screens .....11 locked up links ....10 games not working .....9 days of screaming ....8 posts not posting ....7 emails complaining ...6 cigs a smoking ...5 salty tears ......4 thousandgone ...3 broken mice ...2 therapists ....and a programmer hanging froma treeeeee !!!!! THANKS JASON!!!!

I am about to start week three tomorrow! I am not having a hard time with as much as I thought...haven't broke down. I made chilli today and tomorrow I am going to blend the crap out of it so I can actually eat some protein...

On week two of liquid diet and really having a difficult time!!!

My surgery is less than two weeks away and I am getting really nervous. Ease my mind, will you?

So I'm officially 3 hours in to Christmas Eve, 3 days until banding, this is my last night to work for a week... I AM SO EXCITED!!!
