I completely understand your frustration. I am almost 6 mos post op, I've lost 67lbs so far. The last six to seven weeks I have not been able to lose anything. I keep telling myself that its my system trying to play catch up, but I do worry sometimes that this is it.

Finally after two weeks of not losing and going up 3 pounds, and staying there for 1 weeks my freaking scale went down four pounds so yay!!! plus officially size 14.. hope not to long cant wait to be a 12 again!

I'm almost 2 weeks post-op, and despite having trouble getting rid of all my gas( now all gone) I'm doing fantastic! Have lost a total of 23 lbs (including pre-op diet) so far. How great is that!!

I lost 7 lbs in one week! Started eating half portions and stopping eating late at night. What a difference. Gearing up for surgery. Less than 30 days away!!!!

I lost 4 pounds this week. Weighing in at 240.4!! Woot!

So much to do today..karate, rollerskating with my three boys, dinner, meeting some awesome people later...such a great day!

I have officially 25 lbs to go For now I am enjoying a lot to exercise 6 times a week Love it!!

week 4: only down 2.8lbs--is that considered a stall, or no because the scale did move?

In the last week, I've kind lost my motivation. Work is so tiring and I'm so behind on things. I'm really concerned about this gall bladder issue because I don't want it removed. And, I haven't been eating or exercising properly. I've gained two pounds. I know it's not alot, but I think it portrays my current emotions.

3 week surgaversary - and 2.5 pounds from twoterville!

Crazy thing... Ok.. this week is my visit form TOM and I have lost 3lbs. This has never happened before.

Today was hard day at work first day back tomorrow is my 2 week anniversary

So me n Scott are watching Grease at 130am and we hear a little whiney sound. Then we hear it again louder! So I jump up he jumps up turns the light on.... Harley our new St. Bernard we've had barely over a month is having puppies WTH! We had NO idea! Just thought she was growing!! Unfortunately not full blooded but 7 girls 1 boy nonetheless! Possibly mixed w Lab we r gonna try n find out from her previous owner. So if anyone's looking for a BIG lovable loyal dog they will be ready in 7 week...

Well it been three month now and doing well i have lost over fifty pounds by now.i have had my cheat times but i do have to focus and that.please help me by keeping me in check.thank you!!

Trying new veggies this week. Tonight was 1st time ever having Brussels sprouts. What's your fav way to prepare them healthily?

Yaayy!! off clear liquids, now protein shakes, for 1 week, then yogurt or pudding w/ protein added, for another week. Pain is easing, never had incision pain, just tummy pain, especially when drinking. Today I will try to take no pain pills..

I am at my 2 week lap band removal post op. My surgeon just got called into a surgery, so now I am having to wait. I cannot wait to schedule my VSG surgery today!!

Still aglow from the joy of not having to get a seat extender on the plane last weekend! Some of you may not think that's a big deal, but for me, it was WONDERFUL!! Keep up the good work everyone...

1 week post-op (finally) and 29 lbs. lighter!!! whoohooo!

I'm struggling with eating due to a cracked tooth. I have another week until they remove the tooth. I cracked unter the gum line!

I lost my 6 Christmas pounds last week + another 2.5 this week. I am also amazingly pain free. What in the world is going on with me?!?!
