Yea, its been forever! That is great to hear about you loss! I have lost 70lbs so far. It is difficult at times to break the stalls. My own fault! I have a new tool, my wife has just got on board with the weight loss idea, this makes it easier to persuade her not to bring in those nasty little treat! You should post pics, I bet you are smokin hot!! Lets see!!!!!!

I am feeling great now! It has been a month since I had my band placed and I am doing very well. My appetite is dimmed for 3-4 hours between my small meals and it is fairly easy to keep my calories down below 1000 per day. I have lost significant weight but even more importantly I am sleeping better, feeling better, clothes are more comfortable, I can bend over to file now at work without pain!

I have been eating regular foods for about two weeks now. My docs plan had me back on solids quickly after surgery I only had 1 week of liquids 1 week of purred and 1 week of soft.. So I am pretty much use to it and needing a fill badly! March 7th is my first fill.

with Dr. Madam who I met last week and really like.

I was the only surgical patient on the 23rd, so I got the the BH surgical center at 6:30 am and left by noon. All in all it's been a really great experience and I am glad I went for it!
