  12. I'm 6 months out and I've went down 6 sizes it feels good to shop and get a smaller size. I can't wait until I go summer shopping to show off my new body. having the surgery is the best decison I made becuase I counldn't have lost the weight without it. I look and feel great!!!

  13. I made my next big goal of 100#'S OFF! Yeah! Only 35#'S to my goal weight my Dr. gave me. :)

  15. Updated weight: Today I only have 27 lbs. to go until reach my goal weight of 209 lbs. set by my surgeon. I still have until May 2014 before my "golden window" to weight loss is projected to close. I am happy for whree I am right now and look forward to the future.

  16. Correction! Just noticed that my new jeans are size 20 not size 18 as I had thought. Nonetheless, size 20 is still a hell of a lot better than the size 26/28s, that I have been wearing for years! Sorry for the mistake. I am still chuffed at my progress and how I look in the size 20 jeans and the size 18 top. ! Well I am still weighing in at 75 lbs. lighter since April of 2012. I have 30 lbs. left to go to reach my goal weight of 209 lbs., by May of 2014.

  17. Finally reached 199 on the scale!!! Still losing. Slowly but surely. But I wanted to mark this day. I swear I will upload some pictures this evening. I have not seen my weight start with a 1-- since high school! Even then the lowest I ever saw was around 175, which lasted about a day! haha.

  19. Heard from my doctors office and I got my Aetna precert. Clear liquids starting tomorrow. They sure did cut it close. They required 3 months of supervised weight loss and a butt load of preop testing. Not sure if that was Aetna or the doctor himself. Labs, ECG, stress test, echocardiogram, sleep study and mammogram. I do feel better that all those came back ok before any surgery. Oh, except for the sleep study. Yeah, I am now the proud owner of a CPAP machine. Hate it, did I say a hated it?...
