Pre-op weight loss photos, started at 262 in 3/09, down to 218 11/09. Banding was scheduled for 11/18/09, and have just been bumped up on the list to 11/16!

This is before and after pictures of my continuing journey. I was banded on Dec. 18th of 2008 with a starting weight of 302 pounds, now I am 176 with a total loss of 126 pounds. It's been 4 years and over a year without a fill. I am still pushing on! My original goal weight was 200 but now I've met my new one for 175-180. Comments are welcome!

i had my tummy tuck on 8/17/09...i weighted in at 160.8 the morning of my tummy tuck and currently weight 158.7...it was extremely painful and my recovery was awful...i have no regrets...i'll post more pics as i heal... -

This is me about a year before, and the thinner guy in black is me now about 6 weeks and 17lbs later. I've lost most of my weight from the belly and waiste area.

On September 12th and 13th I lead Team MSdefy thru two days and 100 miles along Northern California's wine country. I was at my all time heaviest weight of 255 lbs at the time of the ride. But I finished both days, and I finished faster than I did the year before.

I'm waiting patiently to get out of the 200's. I want the scale to say 199 Ive been the same weight for 5 weeks. I'm loosing inches and hair but no weight. Not sure what to do? Ive increase my water and drinking 2 protein shakes a day.

Well last week, I hit 148. This week the scale sits at 151-152. I'm struggling with just being ok that maybe this is enough weight lost. Hmm... scary odd feeling not to be fighting the battle. Now what?

I know it's silly, but I'm ecstatic today! I started this journey needing to lose 183.8 lbs to reach my goal weight of 135 lbs. As of this morning, I have less than 100 lbs to lose! Yippee......I'm in the double digits now!

Im just now starting my journey to weight loss. On Tuesday I enrolled into the WeightLoss program thru my Insurance and am waiting for the Nurse in charge of my case to contact me. Im happy I found this site ive been reading and have learned lots. Thanks to everyone who has already gone thru the WL surgery process and can offer me advice and information. :}

I have been on a full liquid diet since 9/3, due to this leak. Monday the dr. said I can start soft foods ... but I am scared. How ironic is that? lol... I've gotten used to this routine (and hey my weight's dropped well as well). So now what? Sigh.... I made goal (woo hoo)! 149.5, boo yeah!
