  3. Everythings pretty goodl. I am stalling, but on my own choosing. I can lose weight toooo fast and then I look sick, so I'm just trying to let my body catch up. I've holding steady at 187 for a few weeks. I am in a size 12 jeans and when I had my surgery in August I used to wear a 26 jeans. I still would like to get to single digits in jeans, but it will come when I am ready ;-) TTYL baby girl.

  5. No, I don't following my guidelines 100% of the time. I have eaten my fair share of donuts and tabo foods. But I don't beat myself up about it and I go on. I do try to eat my protein and drink my water and I think that helps alot. I have slowed down alot in my weight loss tho. I am losing about 10 pounds a month now. That's why I am hoping to be at goal by Aug.

  6. Finally, back to the LB doc next week to face reality that I haven't done so well over the last few months and need to stop avoiding the dr. I haven't gained but need a fill and a kick in the ...... Been doing better the past couple weeks though.

  7. I just began my monthly nutritional meetings. I have to do the 6 months before surgery for insurance purposes and nutritional education. How much weight do they expect you to lose before the surgery? I am really stressed about this and want to comply as much as possible so they don't turn me down.

  9. Got my first fill today... A total of 4cc's in one shot. The doctor was shocked that my band was so loose and that I didn't gain any weight... I guess I have been a good girl, watching what I eat and exercising. But I definitely need to lose, it's not about maintaining at this point.

  18. It has been a year, all is well and still working on the weight. I have my spells where I do not lose at all, and I have even had spells where I gain a little, but all in all it is still happening well for me.
