  1. Haven't been this weight since I was 19.

  2. I did something this morning that I have not been able to do in about 2 years. I actually stood up while teaching my class this morning! I had been sitting because I just could not stand for long periods of time. This morning though, I stood for my 1 hour lecture! Woo Hoo I love having lost this weight!

  8. I got the best compliment today, from an 8 year old girl (who hadn't seen me all summer). She said, "oh wow, you got skinny" :) That just made my day! I am far from skinny and haven't lost any weight in 2 months, but that made me smile :)

  11. Even though I'm not at goal, I'm done trying to lose weight for a little while. I've been feeling really crappy again and I'm just going to focus on eating, eating, eating. Good stuff of course. Still not buying junk. It's just that I'm not eating enough.

Very frustrated with how slow I am losing weight, but reminding myself to be thankful that I am in fact actually LOSING weight that I will never put back on and that I am still heading in the right direction!!! Just going to reevaluate my daily intake and see what I can change up to start losing more a little quicker!

  13. Back to work tomorrow...ugh. Gonna get one more good workout in today, hopefully. I work 16 hour shifts and am too beat when I get home to exercise. I hope two thirty minute sessions on my days off make up or the three work days with no exercise. Weight loss is picking up again, so something must be going right!

  14. The bank teller said "4 months til Christmas" today, I almost blurted out, "I'll be sleeved & losing weight by then" to a perfect stranger. I tell you I have a one track mind with this VSG coming up!

  15. weight loss suddenly stopped and gained 4 pounds... WTF?!.. then realized it's cuz of the soup I made 2 days ago which is super salty (by accident)... am chucking the rest of it... but glad to have figured out why i gained suddenly, and I MEAN SUDDENLY.. in about 12 hours!!

  17. Tried my first Zumba class - SO much fun and so happy I managed to keep up, pushed myself to keep going and wasn't the unfittest person in the room any more. Think it helped get me to a 3lb weight loss this week.

  18. Met my surgeon yesterday- she is awesome. My pre-op weight goal is only 20 pounds and I am already down 11 !

  19. ended up going on vacation for a few days... was afraid I'd gain weight since I really didn't make the best food choices. But, it looks like I'm still down a pound or two. :)

  20. Today I have official lost half of the weight I want to lose! This is a huge accomplishment for me!!

  22. i love my 5th grade private student... i walked in the door and he stares at me looking shocked and then "wow.. teacher.. did you lose weight??" then runs off to tell his mom... who complimented me on my collar bones :) .... i <3 him! LOL

  23. Still doing great, but no major weight loss since surgery. I am a slow loser!!! But on the positive side I am a Loser! LOL!

  24. Scales are bullshit. Want to throw mine out the window. Southbeach all week, walked 3x. Gained .8 lbs. Yay. No wonder I need #wls #vent

  25. 6 lbs down. Started this great protein shake VSGandMe2011 (DisneyMomma) recommended. I am no longer doubtful. I feel great, very motivated. I know I will lose this weight!!!
