Is it normal at 10 mos out to be able to eat more?

I’ve noticed recently that I am able to eat more than I was before. I had one occasion where I ate too much and got sick in the past but other than that I have eaten small, below the size portions that I should (bc I stop as soon as I feel anything). Is this normal? I have had a huge fear since surgery of screwing this up. I know I haven’t overeaten over and over to screw it up but how is it I’m able to eat more? I am still losing. Slowly but surely. Goal Dr set was 145. My goal is 135. Started st 231 Pre op-221 Current weight-143 I am very happy with the weight loss. I just want it to stay off. -

So I had surgery April 26, and I’m on week three, and I get soft foods. My doctor has me on only 500 cal for the first 3 to 6 months. Is that normal?

Had my surgery on January 16th and I am almost 4 months post op. I have noticed in the past 3 weeks that my hair is really falling out. I have read tons of peoples comments and knew this was most likely going to happen, but when it starts to happen to you it can be scary. Just asking to see if other January sleevers are experiencing this as well and what are you doing to help with it? I take biotin and eat as much protein as I can (probably could eat more). Any tips or tricks? Thanks

I had the sleeve done 4/23, I'm still on liquid diet. I'm so confused, because i hear about the "honeymoon period" where you're not hungry at all, and this hasn't been my experience AT ALL!!! I feel like im starving. Also, in the last few days, liquid has been going down so much easier! Too easy?!? I can drink 8-10 oz of broth in one short sitting. Am i stretching out my pouch already? And I do not have trouble at all meeting my water goals. I put mio (calorie free flavor) in my water, and i can drink it just fine! I mean not CHUG IT, but i can do a decent gulp without it hurting my stomach like it did in the first few days. Is this bad?!? I don't see my surgeon again until the 9th (6 more days). So the reason I choose 8-2-19 Was because I'm an out doors kinda guy.. I love my fishing and taking dips in the lake.. my son turns 2 in April and I want to enjoy his day.. So I just got approved after a while year of doing test and labs.. my insurance wanted lots of reasons for me to get it.. like if being 36 with w weight of 540 was not enough and constant knee pain.. BUT I'm happy to say that it will happen in August reason being Ok I want to enjoy the summer and not get supper dehydrated during the summer months... Well I decided to be atypical today. Many people have ham or lamb but I decided to make bean soup with Turkey Ham in my 6 quart crockpot. Untill I reread it , it said Crackpot, maybe that's close to the truth. Just Tomkitten and me, doubt we'll hear from R.D., if I call her she'll pretend to be super- busy and claim she has no time to talk. If that's the game she wants to play, Okay, she was 50 years old in January, too late to reform her thinking. When I tripped and fell in the parking lot at JFS, T9mkitten couldn't ride along in the squad, so her called her so I wouldn't be alone at the hospital.Been several months since I had seen here, she walked in and OMG I scarcely recognized her. She had on a raggedy old sweatsuit her dad would have used for car cleaning rags, her hair, she must take after Late Lamented,Well I well. mostly gray now in l8ght brown hair. Rather muddy- looking. But I'm a class act, I can pretend to be happy to see her in front of people if necessary. But isn't it sad for a m9other not to be able to recognize
