had my pre-op final appt today with the surgeon and the nutritionist. I can't believe my surgery is two weeks away! Picked up all my shakes, soups and bars for my pre-op diet which starts on Wednesday. So close now!!

Stupid liquid diet. All I can think about is food! I think my surgeon might be a bit sadistic to put me on a 2 week clear liquid pre-op diet. Starving!

I had to call and change my appointment.. I wasn't schedule to see the Dr. until August. However, this weekend I was able to eat things that I normally couldn't have eaten.. It was like I didn't even have the band.. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks either.. I am kinda of upset about that.. but I am going to try to make sure that I use myfitnesspal more..trying to be positive instead of negative.. i think i need a check up..

I have rheumatoid arthritis and it has decided to settle in my jaw. Treatment? 2 week liquid diet.

Haven't lost much the last week and a half even though I'm kicking my butt at the gym. Oh well. I'm down a clothing size and I am under a 100 in terms of how much I need to lose

Had half a cc removed last week and I feel GREAT! Energy level is back up, exercise back up and attitude much improved. I got too caught up in "not" eating too much! I'm up 3 pounds, but I know that will come off as I'm able to get back up to speed with my exercise! Sometimes all your really need is a little removed!

Frustrated at the scale not moving. But then it does that for me. It moves well for a week, then stays for 2. Grrrr

Just realized that I'm down 2.6 pounds in the past 5 days. Yay! It's nice to see after 2 weeks no loss

My goal is to loose 50 lbs before my vacation on Apr 27. I have lost 40 lbs, so i am close, but i am preparing myself to miss my goal. I will celebrate where I am, and where I have been while acknowledging that I made some mistakes that kept me from making my goal. I LEARNED alot these past 7 1/2 weeks. AND like I PROMISED myself, I will enjoy the weight loss journey and not suffer through it. I can honestly say - I am so happy and proud.

Dear Lord, time for bed got to be up in 4 hours, but at least the house is clean, I have clean clothes and all three kids are sleeping happy like.

can't wait until i feel normal. i am beginning to wonder if that's going to happen! slept 12 hours last night and the night before. still super slow and lethargic. dr's office trying to find me another dr to see about the chest pains since mine is out of town. ugh. 2.5 weeks in and wondering if i made a huge mistake by doing this.

Got myself in check again. Realized it wasn't the end of the world to eat a hotdog, just can't keep eating them. Haven't checked the scale. Pain is finally going away... Yay! 1st fill is scheduled next Wednesday, a day shy of my 3 week anniversary.

So glad that next week I am moving into my new place...April 2011, a great month to a wonderful new year. Glad I am seeing all these things fall into place, god has a lot of plans for me. Really wonderful plans for me and my family, glad to watch it happen. Renewed faith in god, New Place, New job and possible a different one come Wednesday. God is so wonderful, praising him daily is what I do.
