A small NSV: I had a meeting on the third floor of a building without an elevator today, and I was only breathing a little faster (as opposed to being totally winded) when I got to the top.

Flying later today, and loving the complete lack of anxiety - it's a real NSV. When I went on a trip this time last year, I spent days worried about whether or not I'd need a seat belt extender, researching seat widths and checking to see if the flight was full hoping no one would sit by me. Haven't given it one thought this year!

I do still have to deal with the whole aspect of being 6'4" and flying, but I'm cool with that. Bring on the cramped spaces!

NSV today. I have been wearing my size 26 jeans which have been getting roomy. So today I decided to try on my size 24 Lane Bryant jeans and see if I could get into them. Not only can I get into them, they are also loose. That made me feel super happy this morning. Weight is still 243 but the inches are definitely moving. 

NSV alert! NSV alert! I can now virtually fit into every single item of clothing in my closet! I'm currently now a size medium and size 10. After a couple of months, I will no longer have any clothes that'll fit - they will be too big!!!! OMG I still can't believe this wonderful thing is happening; and happening so quickly!! It's still so surreal to me! I will have to go get a whole new wardrobe!

First NSV! I'm down a size in pants and the scrub tops I bought in the next size smaller are too big!!! YES!

NSV without knowing it.. $3 in purse, normally I get some scratchers, but today I said $3 thats a zumba class!

NSV story...Packing for a vacation next week...I found a pair of board shorts I bought last year (Size XL). Needless to say, I couldn't even get them on last year. Tryed them on this morning and they fit! Woo Hoo...I am finally getting into normal sized clothes. This is like Christmas in January, what a gift.

I think this is a NSV...i acually feel my phone vibrate when its in my pocket or in my bra....befor i had so many missed called...didnt feel or hear it under the rolls !

Had a great NSV tonight- for the first time since my oldest started school 12 years ago, I was able to fit in and comfortably sit at the cafeteria tables with attached chairs

Woke up yesterday with lower back pain. Dr said it was from loosing so much weight & sleeping on my stomach (stomach alot flatter now & curves the back differently). Interesting NSV...

OMG ... NSV... on a lark i decided to try on my 16s .. they fit!! all of them, even the non-stretchy blue jeans!!! YAY!!!

NSV... Fit into ALL of the rides at the State Fair (some with room to spare!)

What has been your favorite NSV so far?

I went shopping yesterday and bought an XL t-shirt thinking that I should be able to wear it in a month or two... it fits now... NSV? I think so

So many NSV's lately, it's hard to remember them all. Fitting in the "goal jeans", running/walking 4.96 miles in under an hour, etc. I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!

Fun NSV: I usually walk against the crowd at the State Capitol for my walks... anyhow, I just noticed that no one gives me "extra" room when approaching me anymore - they just move over a tiny bit if they are coming directly at me. Nice!! Believe me they used to really move over a lot... LMAO!!

BIG GIANT NSV!!!!!!!!! Ok, so... on my way home from surgery I stopped at some clothing stores to buy some new outfits. Something I knew was too small. Well I was looking thru them and pulled out a super cute brown dress. I tried it on to see how it fit... AND IT FITS!!! It's a size L -- and I'm sooo wearing it tomorrow... YEAHHHH!!!!!

Huge NSV today!!! I fit comfortably into my FIRST pair of 12's!!! Soooo loving this sleeve thing!! Never NEVER let anyone bring you down. There are always going to be people out there who seriously hate seeing you succeed... The only person that can dictate to you what your personal success are is YOU!! Never never forget that. Shopping with my girlfriends this week for an outfit for Valentines.. TOTALLY AN NSV moment!!! Im into size M dresses, shirts and size 8/9 pants! I used to be XL and size 16

1More NSV from family, I was taking my brother to the stor some elderly man was taking long in front of him , I told my brother used t I was about to bump him , my bbrother then replied but you don"t have the badunkadunk butt u used to have so i thanked him and then we laughed and he see's me everyday it felt good to know that they r noticing .

Great day so far. Did a 1 1/1 hr hard workout. Getting to the gym is alot easier now that I have been going 2-3 days a week for a month.I weighed in at the gym and total loss of -34.2lbs and -20.75 total inches. woot woot!! Even though I fell off the band wagon the other day Im still down 4 lbs in two weeks.. My goal is 2 a week.. NSV if you call it that I have to get my wedding ring sized down one of these days it's going to slip off, my watch too turns on my wrist..

wow, I think that's bony shoulders I feel on myself now! Love NSV, bring them on!
