NSV - 2 in one day!!

NSV I joined a dating website and I've already got so many messages. I'm going on my first "date" tomorrow

I have an NSV (: I can button and zip a pair of 16 jeans!! They're still too tight, but man oh man!!

NSV my best friend and I were getting into her car and she goes "get in the car toothpick!" haha I know I'm far from it but it made me smile

I have lost 10 since surgery, and last night I decided to try on a couple suit jackets. and guess what....they fit!! as a matter of fact they fit better than before. One of my first NSV's.

NSV! I gave up my brownie! LOL!! Before I would have claimed ownership of it, today, I took a nibble, gave 1/2 to my daughter and the other 1/2 to my friend! Felt really good that that little chocolate brownie didn't rule me. :0}

NSV..Removed the extender starp from my bra!

NSV>>> Today I bought some new Miss Me Jeans... Whoot! SIze 27 x 34.... really a 27. Bought another pair of capris for spring (yep its December in MN but gearing up for spring and winter vacation) size 4! Love my sleevie!

A little pre-op NSV for me today: I've been working out 4-5x a week for the last 3 weeks now, and today while on the elliptical I realized just how much easier it was than the first day. 3 weeks ago I was out of breath and struggling and had to get off after 20 minutes. Today I went strong for 30 minutes, and that was after a 30 minute session with my personal trainer. I wasn't a bit tired!

I had an awesome NSV today! My nephew's 22 year old daughter told me how great I was looking. She told me that she didn't recognize me at first and had to ask her dad who I was. So happy!

I went to my first #Zumba class tonight. Fun but omg. Workout! I never could have made it through before #nsv

Habits die hard, was riding in step sons new 2014 charger, and everytime I opened the door I opened it slow to make sure door wouldn't hit curb. And each time, it was nowhere near, and the car wasn't sitting low.. NSV

NSV...tried on a flannel shirt while at old navy today & I did NOT look like a lumberjack...winner winner high protein dinner

NSV: Used my lunch break to take a 40 minute walk:-)

Tried chicken wings again. I use to love them, not any more. So sad. 4 months out as of tomorrow . NSV this week is that a was able to button my size 22 pants down from size 32. And found out today that my work approved my transfer to Tennessee .

NSV--I was just called "String bean" by a colleague. I'll take it!

NSV! My boyfriend said that I walk faster now.

Went to my heart dr, routine check up today. I went up to counter today and receptionist didn't recognize me ! (5 years same dr) NSV!!

I choose to roll up my gym pants ,not because they don't fit over fat calves, I choose to wear hubbys teeshirts, not because they are the only thing that used to fit me! NSV!

NSV! Feeling awesome this am!, fiber bars who knew?

Another HUGE NSV for me last week. I had another sleep study and found out that I no longer have sleep apnea! Yay! No more Darth Vader for me!

Major NSV yesterday!! I was able to take off my wedding ring and band that I haven't been able to take off in 7 years. You'd think I would want to keep it off for awhile but I cleaned it and put it right back on.

NSV of the day: Cleaning my house PAIN FREE. No more pain in my lower back, no more aching feet. It felt amazing.

The night is quiet when a lone fart breaks the silence, a few minutes later you hear another one. I turn to my hubby and tell him it's almost as if they are answering each other.. He is my NSV!!!

Had physical, gno said for someone who has lost so much weight you hardly have any loose skin. NSV!
