Yay NSV!... I found a pair of Wrangler jeans I have not fit in since high school... Tried them on and they are TOO BIG

Good news and bad news. Bad new is I PB'd and slimed after only about 6 bites of food at lunch today. Thought I was going to die it hurt so bad. Now onto my good news. I had a NSV today. Got into a pair of pants I haven't worn for about a year!

walking back to the car from the gym and wondering why my sandles keep slipping off. WOW i'm loosing weight in my feet. who knew i had fat feet! LOL! I love NSV'S!

NSV! Bought a winter coat and it wasn't plus sized! WooHoo! And might I just say, I look d*mn good in it!

Hi! I live right outside of Birmingham. I've seen your posts in the Miles & Schmitt forum and the 20's NSV forum. I am looking for someone to join a fitness boot camp with me. I don't feel like being tortured by myself. Let me know if you're interested. Maybe it can be something we can take back to the support group. I've been looking at Birmingham Adventure Boot Camp for Women - Birmingham

I don't know what your schedule is, but I'm interested in the camp starting in June. I teach, so I'm pretty much available for anytime. Let me know! Maybe we can get others involved.

NSV - don't have to "tuck" my dress under my stomach roll so it doesn't stick to my other roll. hahahaha

Another NSV for me...I fit into a size 12 jeans today! Started in a tight 18 4 1/2 months ago. Im friggin happy

I have an NSV (: I can button and zip a pair of 16 jeans!! They're still too tight, but man oh man!!

NSV my best friend and I were getting into her car and she goes "get in the car toothpick!" haha I know I'm far from it but it made me smile

I have lost 10 since surgery, and last night I decided to try on a couple suit jackets. and guess what....they fit!! as a matter of fact they fit better than before. One of my first NSV's.

NSV! I gave up my brownie! LOL!! Before I would have claimed ownership of it, today, I took a nibble, gave 1/2 to my daughter and the other 1/2 to my friend! Felt really good that that little chocolate brownie didn't rule me. :0}

A little pre-op NSV for me today: I've been working out 4-5x a week for the last 3 weeks now, and today while on the elliptical I realized just how much easier it was than the first day. 3 weeks ago I was out of breath and struggling and had to get off after 20 minutes. Today I went strong for 30 minutes, and that was after a 30 minute session with my personal trainer. I wasn't a bit tired!

I had an awesome NSV today! My nephew's 22 year old daughter told me how great I was looking. She told me that she didn't recognize me at first and had to ask her dad who I was. So happy!

I went to my first #Zumba class tonight. Fun but omg. Workout! I never could have made it through before #nsv

Habits die hard, was riding in step sons new 2014 charger, and everytime I opened the door I opened it slow to make sure door wouldn't hit curb. And each time, it was nowhere near, and the car wasn't sitting low.. NSV

NSV...tried on a flannel shirt while at old navy today & I did NOT look like a lumberjack...winner winner high protein dinner

NSV: Used my lunch break to take a 40 minute walk:-)

Tried chicken wings again. I use to love them, not any more. So sad. 4 months out as of tomorrow . NSV this week is that a was able to button my size 22 pants down from size 32. And found out today that my work approved my transfer to Tennessee .
