So Tomorrow I see my DR again, I already have 8cc's and NO weight lost what so ever since I got my band, so I am pretty sure he will give me another fill for a total of 9cc's......I pray to God this fill works having A low BMI...I dont know why my Dr, decided to put this big band on me I have the Large band!!!

So much has happened to me in the last 4 months of my life. Looking back at it, it just crazy. I lost a lot but gained so much more. I lost a lot of weight but gained a ton of insight. I lost a few friends but gained peace of mind. I lost a job but gained a career. As long as I always come out of it without losing my soul, my faith and my love...I will be all good.

It's been so long! Weight loss is going well....slow but steady. I get really frustrated sometimes, but taking a loooong walk downhill is better than taking a neverending walk uphill!

I am a Graves Disease patient and also hyperthyriod and in the past 6 years after being diagnosed I have gained 100lbs(50 was from pregnancy), but i have tried everything to loose weight. I am curious to know are there any others like me who have had success with the lapband.

3 weeks post of, so stressed I feel like if i am gaining weight instead of loosing "will I ever loose weight!", ALWAYS HUNGRY!! I FELL THE SAME AS B-4 WITH OUT A BAND!

Went shopping w/my sister today and I bought a goal dress.. it was at this time my sister gave me my first, "I don't want to be a medium." comment... she's had a hang up w/being small for a while. She's not too far from my size and everytime I tell her I want to lose the weight she makes a comment about being too small..guess it's something she's just gonna have to get used to..it's my life..not hers...

Back home from a weeks vacation on the beach, so nice!!!! Now I am so ready for my first fill. I am able to eat anything and I have no restriction except for rice, isnt that crazy, I can eat chicken but rice seems to make me feel stuffed after a few spoons. Any way, I get my first fill tomorrow and I am ready. I have not loss any weight in a while but I haven't gained any so thats a blessing.

It seems to vary a lot. Just keep thinking about all the weight you are losing on the liquid diet. Did Dr. Woodman say where you would be having the surgery? I think he was changing to a surgery center in Southaven when I had mine at Baptist East. My sugestion with Dr. Woodman is no confessions unless you enjoy lectures -
thanx alex i just dont know were to start sending threads from and what to do i i had my band back in december 2007 at derby general and it is april know so far i have only lost 10 kg and i have had my first fill too which is still loose i think now and again i feel as if some thing is stuck in my throat how long does it ake to shif the weight i have about 10 stones to go
